It was a deeply engaging and safe experience I had during the session. ****** ****** *** ***** ** ******* ** ********** ******** **** **** ********** ** ********** ** ******** She helped my join the dots and see the deep-seated presumptions and subsequently talk about it. Some of the sessions included guided thinking, intensional sound-sleeping, and some homework on applying it over some days. It helped me sleep properly, talk with myself, engage positively, and most importantly to get away from the habit of self-criticism. I feel very good about the counsiling.
