I was quite stressed about my delayed periods, but Dr. Mithil Patil made me feel comfortable and guided me with empathy. He explained every step in detail and helped me understand my body better. Grateful for his support and professionalism.

After struggling with non-responsive treatments, unnecessary tests and unsupportive doctors for two years, we found Dr. Mithil Patil through Practo search. When we first visited him in 2019 beginning, he listened to our problems patiently, advised various methods and suggested the treatment and some light exercise. After a month when we had our first sonography, he assured us that everything is normal, we need not stress and we will surely be able to conceive. During the treatment, we had many questions, doubts to which doctor attended patiently. It can only be attributed to our tough luck that it took us 2 years of treatment to conceive. But, finally the doctor’s efforts paid off and we are blessed with twins.

The doctor is very knowledgeable in his field. He tailored a suitable treatment course for us based on difficulties we faced. He is very clear about the findings of the tests he conducts that he never once advised us unnecessary tests. As we were already trying for 2 years, he directly suggested IUI processes. Due to my previous experience at one of Pune’s reputed hospital, I was sceptical and afraid of IUI. However, under Dr. Patil’s supervision and care, the processes were pain-free, stress-free and I did not face any discomfort. After initial failure, Dr. Patil improved my treatment process, changed some medications and advised for further treatment. Whenever we faced failure, the doctor as well as nursing staff encouraged us, talked us out of the failure. Each time we faced something, the doctor promptly made appropriate changes in meds and process. After trying for 4 Process cycles, we finally conceived in July, 2021.

Dr. Patil by nature is very soft-spoken, understanding, attentive towards your even stupidest doubts. He encourages you to ask any question you may have regarding process or meds in order to remove any dilemma that one may have. He tries his very best to accommodate your discomfort and difficulties. He tries to suggest alternatives as per your individuality. He is also very approachable and helps you through your difficulties even during ungodly hours. The medical facilities at the hospital are very good, meds prescribed by doctor are mostly tried and tested with maximum efficiency. The doctor also advices you on keeping a healthy and positive attitude towards process and counsels one in order to increase the receptivity of treatment. He also keeps a close look-out on in-patients through his nursing staff in order to speed-up the recovery.

As someone who is afraid of physical pain, my entire time at the hospital was painless. Be it series of injections that were prescribed during the processes or various operative procedures that I had to undergo, the physical pain that I experienced was next to negligible. The post-operative care is very satisfactory in which doctor’s active involvement is seen from time to time. The nursing staff is supportive, empathetic and very attentive towards patients. Ashwini Hospital is very clean, hygienic and pleasant. The whole atmosphere at the hospital combined with care of nursing staff is very helpful in making you relax and be hopeful towards treatment procedure. After our experience with Dr. Mithil Patil, we would definitely recommend him to anyone who is facing problems in conceiving. Thanks to him, we are looking forward to a very happy and content future with our twins.

I would definitely not recommend this doctor (Dr. Mithil Patil), as experience was not so satisfactory. **** *** **** ****** ******* * ***** ** ** ******* ** ***** *** ******** **** ***** I wasted almost <50000 with his consultation and medication, ***** ***** **** **** ** **** ***** ********** ********* **** ***** In short, very costly *** *** ** *** ***** ********* ***********

Below is my experience and detailed opinions on it.

Visit 1. With my first visit, he recommended 3 injections which cost 1000 per injection. ******** ******* ********* **** ****** **** ** ********* ** ******* *** *** ***** ***** * ******** ***** **** * ********* ***** *******

After this, we completed the course of injections in 3 days. On 6th day, he did realized that there is some other issue, which need to be rectified. I said "Ok. But what about injections that we completed." Reply was "There effect will be there for 3 months." Recommended some vitamins and minerals which will cost around 5000, in his own sponsored clinic. There are cheaper and similar medication available in market.

Visit 2. No positive outcome from visit 1. This time done some blood and T3,T4 tests, ***** **** ******* Again he recommended same injections as in first visit. I asked "We already had in first month. Is it needed." Reply was "Those injections have effect only for 15 days to month." Change in reply contradicting reply in first visit. He must have forget, what he replied. ***** * ****** *** ***** ** **** ** ******* *** ** **** **** **** ** ********** ****** **** ******

Visit 3: Now he recommended treatment of IUI. With all medications and procedure the cost was 25000. * ******** **** ***** ****** **** ** **** ***** **** * ***** **** ****** ** ***** ******* *** ***** ***** ***** **** **** ** *** ******* *** ***** *** ******** ****** ************** ** *** ** ********** *** * ********* I can conclude this, as output was same. No positive results.

Visited Dr. Mithil Patil for the first time two months ago. We were hoping to get some guidance and counseling about conceiving. Before visiting Dr. Mithil, we visited a different doctor who grossly misguided us and seemed to only want to extort money from us. We were made to do series of unnecessary tests, only to be told, incorrectly that things are looking bad for us. We were being to rushed to consider IVF without frankly discussing other options. I am overweight and 35 years old, which the doctor kept highlighting, so all of this was rather disheartening and stressful.We decided to take second opinion and visited Dr. Mithil. On the very first appointment, he kept a friendly demeanor, explained the whole process in significant detail and assured us of best possible guidance and approach. He kept positivity in us and on looking at the test results, he assured us that all was normal. During the first scan itself, doctor debunked any misgivings the previous doctor had.We decided to go for IUI in my first cycle after meeting Dr. Mithil and lo and behold, I got pregnant with the first attempt. It was a very smooth, pain free and stress free procedure. It was due to meticulous planning and timing. Dr. Mithil coached us very beautifully. The nursing staff is also well trained specially for post delivery care which is very important for new mom as well as for her child’s physical and psychological health. All vaccines, medicines, tests were given on time during and post delivery. Dr. Has guided us and took correct decision on right time for my high risk pregnancy and delivery. Me and my twin kids are doing good. I will highly recommend dr. Mithil sir for pregnancy and delivery.

We were planning for pregnancy for quite sometime but I was not able to concieve. Dr Mithil Patil was recommended by many others so I decided to visit him. During first visit I explained him my problem. He understood the problem and assured that pregnancy will eventually happen. He prescribed me certain set of medicines from the start of menstrual cycle and asked to comeon alternate days for regular sonography.To my surprise,I concieved within first month and was very excited to hear this good news.I whole heartedly thank Dr Mithil Patil for his knowledge, experience and diagnosis of the issue as without him, it wouldn't have been possible for me to concieve so early.I highly recommend him to anyone in pune who is facing issues related to infertility.
