Dr. Hatekar treated our senior Labrador who was struggling with arthritis and difficulty walking. He took the time to understand our pet's history and recommended a combination of medication, supplements, and lifestyle changes. Within a few weeks, we noticed a significant improvement in our dog's mobility and comfort. His expertise and caring nature make him an exceptional veterinarian.

When our puppy developed severe vomiting and dehydration, we consulted Dr. Hatekar immediately. He quickly diagnosed the problem and started treatment without delay. Throughout the process, he kept us informed and reassured us during a very stressful time. Thanks to his prompt intervention and excellent care, our puppy recovered completely. We are extremely grateful for his dedication and professionalism.

1. Dr. Milind Hatekar (>20 yrs experience) was not available. So basically I paid the same visiting charges for a much less experienced doctor.

2. For a medium severity ear infection, doctor visit charges was Rs.300/- , treatment charges was Rs.980/-!! Rs.980/- for a 4min ear cleaning job seems quite steep!!

3. The doctor gave my pet an antibiotic injection and told me to to visit for 2~3 more days for injection and treatment (Basically for the Rs.980/- ear cleaning job). I requested him to give me antibiotic tablets, and ear cleansing solution so I can do the same treatment at home as my wife too was hospitalised for surgery and it was too hectic/impossible for me to visit him for next 3 days. ** **** *** ****** ********* *** ********** ** **** ********* ** ********* ***** ** ******* **** * ****** ********** ****** ** *** ********* ** *** ********

4. To give the doctor some credit yes my pet did feel better after visiting him and was able to sleep without fluttering his ears too much. But I did not visit him again. After 2 days my wife was discharged and then I visited another vet through a reference. She gave me antibiotic tabs, ear cleanser and told me to continue the medication and treatment at home for 3~4 days and then visit her. For all this she charged me Rs.400/-!!!

5. The clinic did not even write the name of the antibiotic injection that they gave. They just wrote medicines!!

Dr. Hatekar is probably one of the most experienced vets we’ve met in Pune. Our senior dog had recurring seizures and we had been struggling to find the right treatment for months. He took the time to understand the full history instead of just prescribing medicines immediately. After adjusting the medication and monitoring closely, the seizures reduced significantly. You can tell he genuinely cares about every case and not just the consultation.

My dog was diagnosed with IVDD and we were honestly terrified because he had stopped walking properly. Dr. Hatekar guided us throughout the treatment and recovery process at PET-AID. He was realistic about the recovery timeline but also very reassuring. Thanks to the treatment plan, physiotherapy guidance, and constant support from the team, my dog has started walking again. Very grateful to Dr. Hatekar and the entire PET-AID staff.
