Dr. Milind Hatekar

I took my pet to Dr. Milind Hatekar at Pet Aid Clinic, and it was a good experience overall. He is quite experienced and knows how to handle pets comfortably, which made my pet feel at ease during the visit.

I visited Dr. Milind Hatekar for my pet’s health issue at Pet Aid Clinic in Kalyani Nagar. He has a lot of experience, and you can sense that in the way he examines and handles the pet. He was calm and confident during the consultation, which was reassuring.

1. Dr. Milind Hatekar (>20 yrs experience) was not available. So basically I paid the same visiting charges for a much less experienced doctor.

2. For a medium severity ear infection, doctor visit charges was Rs.300/- , treatment charges was Rs.980/-!! Rs.980/- for a 4min ear cleaning job seems quite steep!!

3. The doctor gave my pet an antibiotic injection and told me to to visit for 2~3 more days for injection and treatment (Basically for the Rs.980/- ear cleaning job). I requested him to give me antibiotic tablets, and ear cleansing solution so I can do the same treatment at home as my wife too was hospitalised for surgery and it was too hectic/impossible for me to visit him for next 3 days. ** **** *** ****** ********* *** ********** ** **** ********* ** ********* ***** ** ******* **** * ****** ********** ****** ** *** ********* ** *** ********

4. To give the doctor some credit yes my pet did feel better after visiting him and was able to sleep without fluttering his ears too much. But I did not visit him again. After 2 days my wife was discharged and then I visited another vet through a reference. She gave me antibiotic tabs, ear cleanser and told me to continue the medication and treatment at home for 3~4 days and then visit her. For all this she charged me Rs.400/-!!!

5. The clinic did not even write the name of the antibiotic injection that they gave. They just wrote medicines!!
