Dr. Mangesh Patil

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Mangesh Patil, scheduled for 6 PM at his Sanghvi clinic. I was advised by his assistant to reach by 6 PM, and despite calling ahead and staying in continuous contact with her to update on my arrival, I encountered heavy traffic and arrived at the clinic at 6:05 PM. This was my first visit, and being unfamiliar with the clinic's exact location, I also had to take extra time to find car parking and locate the clinic.

Upon my arrival, Dr. Patil enquired with his assistant about who I was, and she informed him that I was the same patient who had been calling continuously and updating about my delay. Despite this, I was disappointed to see Dr. Patil leaving the clinic right in front of me. After driving two and a half hours and being only five minutes late, I was deeply hurt that he chose to leave rather than accommodate me for a brief consultation. If he had left before I arrived, I could have understood, but leaving in front of a patient who had been in touch throughout felt dismissive.

While I respect Dr. Patil's expertise and understand the importance of adhering to a schedule, this experience was disheartening. As patients, we often have to navigate challenging circumstances to meet our appointments, and a bit of flexibility from healthcare providers can go a long way in maintaining trust and respect.

I hope this feedback will be taken constructively, as I believe that a more empathetic approach could further enhance Dr. Patil's already strong reputation.

I admitted my father here almist 3 times for some surgeries related to fracture. Had a GREAT experience with Dr. Mangesh Patil.

The surgeries went very well even the age factor as my father is above 70yrs. The problem didn't got repeat after that. He is very skilled, calm, and carefully explaining all the raised questions in details without any hurry. He is also available on telephone for any urgencies. My father also feels very comfortable with treatment by Dr. Mangesh Patil.

My mom had a knee surgery few months back at Sancheti. It was a successful operation and she was healing very quick..however after month of operation she fell down at bathroom and then onwards she was complaining of knee pain..we were thinking this pain is may be due to some internal bleeding as she was yet to heal completely..however after meeting Dr Mangesh we got a clarity that there was a fracture in her knee joint...i don't understand why doctors could not detect the case earlier..due to what she has to suffer fracture pain without medication..well phase is passed now..
