When I met Dr Mamta Dighe at her clinic for the first time, she completely put me at ease. She didn't want to rush into any treatment right away. She did all the investigations thoroughly and explained to us the pros n cons of various treatments. We underwent one IUI and one IVF with her, both of which failed. But she was never defensive and always free and frank. She analysed our cycle and decided to go for FET, but even for that she didn't rush us. She made sure that my body recovered well, motivated me to lose weight and chose the perfect cycle for egg harvesting. Her approach to my case was refreshing and at par with the latest trends in infertility treatment with the available resources. Dr Mamta Dighe has always been positive, earnest, very approachable and honest. She doesn't give false hopes and always tries to reduce the cost of treatment as much as possible without compromising with the quality of treatment. The doctors and staff associated with her are very courteous and answer all your questions with patience. We are glad that we didn't seek any second opinion and put our complete faith in her. Our second IVF cycle with her was successful and I'm finally pregnant. Even after the pregnancy came positive, she didn't leave us high and dry and handheld us through the first trimester.

I would recommend Dr Mamta Dighe to anyone seeking fertility treatment. Even if you are not sure whether you need treatment or not, you can visit her for a detailed and honest consultation.

1. Dr. Mamta is very approachable. She spends enough time with each patient and frankly discusses the case in easy communicative manner.

2. She is very techno savy. This is important as in case of emergency she reviews reports on whatsapp or email and responds immediately.

3. She is extremely positive but at the same time does not waste your time by giving any false hope or unnecessary treatment

4. She is very patient and likes to explore and discuss all available options with patients before making any decision. She never forces you into the treatment. In fact she discouraged me from rushing unnecessarily into advanced treatment.

5. She has full control over the treatment. She has a lab centre at her clinic. Her assistant doctors and staff consults her before making any decisions and she is always kept informed about all treatment/progress/communication.

6. Her clinic is extremely clean and staff is very caring.

7. Her memory is very sharp. She thoroughly goes through all data and reports before making any judgement. She personally remembers each patient's case history, family and health background.

8. Overall, compared to doctors in Mumbai and Pune, my experience with Dr. Mamta was very satisfying. She gave me hope, courage and most of all strength to go through my difficult days. I came all the way from Mumbai every time for her consultation.

9. She is willing to answer all the questions and understands that patients' (especially those who get confused by reading information on internet) psychology unlike other doctors who believe in minimal communication.

Being a mother is one of the best experience of life-I must have heard this atleast a hundred times in my thirty plus years, however, I can now say for a fact that this is true. In my case to become mother wasn't so easy and was the most embracing phases of my life.

Now,I would like to narrate my short journey to xenith .

After three misscarages I came to xenith to save my fourth pragnency as one of our friend recommended .

However, unfortunately that too also missed. I lost all my hopes and negative thoughts were coming in my mind, meantime Dr Mamta mem did all the possible test.She guide me and my husband how to go for next steps in .we did Immunotherapy and in all this hard times she asure me that' you can be a mother and you can enjoy your 9 months pregnancy'.This words were making me more obtimestic and strong.whenever l meet Dr Mamta mem I feel positive vibe.apart from bring a doctor she is a energy buster along with her xenith associate stuff were also very polite and kind.coming to Dr.Poonam mem and Dr.Versha mem a wonderfull doctors they always makes me feel so safe .thank you for your hard work and support during the difficult time.here,the embryologist team, nurse's and the ground stuff were also very cooperative and hard working. Actually I must say that Mamta mem has made a homely atmosphere in this hospital as I always say my next Home is xenith.

I don't usually give a bad feedback for a doctor untill it's really that bad. So here I am giving one coz this was really that bad. I booked an appointment on practo for the lady herself. This was my first time at this clinic and I expected the delay however certainly not more than one and half hour of delay.whats the point of appointment then and what's the point of reaching on time at all. So then starts the drill. I met the doc she was nice though her interest in my issue vanished the moment I said I was there to help fix my cyst problem. This perhaps would have disappointed her & her team since they r basically a fertility centre n I didn't go for that. 5-8 mins of talk on what tests I need and I was passed around to another attending doc who just sent me to the test room got my blood work, did an internal examination ******* *** ******* and said nothing to worry for now just get the reports done. Reports costed 7000Rs and despite insisting on a sonography to assess the size of the cyst right then I was asked to come later once I get my chums which by the way didn't happen anytime soon( a grown cyst always ends up delaying or stopping the chums and my idea about that since it had happened before led me to this doctor so as to avoid it prehand) . What led next is even more amusing. A nice glossy clinic runs only from 9 am to 4pm 6 days a week and just to collect the report you probably will have to bunk office since they kept telling they can't email my reports to me. Talk about Digitalization & Sustainability together. They r closed on Sunday. I visited on Saturday and they were closed again for the festival. And to add insult to injury ...the office is certainly open after 4 with one lady there doing god knows what because she certainly won't hand over your reports. Only the report guy will where you gave your blood and he works from 9am to 4am. After insisting, convincing them over a 20 mins long call I finally got my report via email. Physically I still didn't because of the timing. ** ** **** ***** ***** ********* ******* ***** ** ** ******* **** ********* ***** *** **** ****** ******* *** ********* ******** don't visit!
