When I met Dr Mamta Dighe at her clinic for the first time, she completely put me at ease. She didn't want to rush into any treatment right away. She did all the investigations thoroughly and explained to us the pros n cons of various treatments. We underwent one IUI and one IVF with her, both of which failed. But she was never defensive and always free and frank. She analysed our cycle and decided to go for FET, but even for that she didn't rush us. She made sure that my body recovered well, motivated me to lose weight and chose the perfect cycle for egg harvesting. Her approach to my case was refreshing and at par with the latest trends in infertility treatment with the available resources. Dr Mamta Dighe has always been positive, earnest, very approachable and honest. She doesn't give false hopes and always tries to reduce the cost of treatment as much as possible without compromising with the quality of treatment. The doctors and staff associated with her are very courteous and answer all your questions with patience. We are glad that we didn't seek any second opinion and put our complete faith in her. Our second IVF cycle with her was successful and I'm finally pregnant. Even after the pregnancy came positive, she didn't leave us high and dry and handheld us through the first trimester.

1. Dr. Mamta is very approachable. She spends enough time with each patient and frankly discusses the case in easy communicative manner.

2. She is very techno savy. This is important as in case of emergency she reviews reports on whatsapp or email and responds immediately.

3. She is extremely positive but at the same time does not waste your time by giving any false hope or unnecessary treatment

4. She is very patient and likes to explore and discuss all available options with patients before making any decision. She never forces you into the treatment. In fact she discouraged me from rushing unnecessarily into advanced treatment.

5. She has full control over the treatment. She has a lab centre at her clinic. Her assistant doctors and staff consults her before making any decisions and she is always kept informed about all treatment/progress/communication.

6. Her clinic is extremely clean and staff is very caring.

7. Her memory is very sharp. She thoroughly goes through all data and reports before making any judgement. She personally remembers each patient's case history, family and health background.

8. Overall, compared to doctors in Mumbai and Pune, my experience with Dr. Mamta was very satisfying. She gave me hope, courage and most of all strength to go through my difficult days. I came all the way from Mumbai every time for her consultation.

9. She is willing to answer all the questions and understands that patients' (especially those who get confused by reading information on internet) psychology unlike other doctors who believe in minimal communication.
