2 clinics for General Consultation
*** ** * ********* ****** ******* It was our second baby. I got my wife admitted to the hospital in the middle of the night when she started feeling a little pain and discomfort.
She is very experienced doctor with clear approach to guide patient during pregnancy. She was the first doctor We consulted for pregnancy and were associated with her throught journey as she understands the patients' profile and guides them accordingly. She is humble in nature and makes you feel comfortable that you can ask your queries freely and her communication is very transparent and to-the-point. While discussing with her through the journey she gives us confidence about the normal delivery and was always focused around same.
I have been consulting Dr. Laha from start of my pregnancy (Aug 2019). The reason we choose her was because she clearly mentioned that her focus is on normal delivery. This was my 1st pregnancy, and I had lots of questions and confusion. Dr. Laha was always available to answer them all ( f2f during appointment or on whatsapp)I had heard many say that she doesn't talk much. But I was satisfied throughout as I got all my queries answered short and quick. My water broke on 9th April early morning. I was still in my 36th week.Dr. Laha was continuously in touch with the doctors attending me and my husband taking updates about my status.Case was a bit complicated as baby had double loop around her neck and also the delivery was in 36th week.Dr. Laha said that there is risk and we might have to run into c section but she alway mentioned that we'll try normal first.I was not able to bear the labour pains, for which she suggested me epidural. This was like a boon, after epidural was injected. It was easy to bear strong labour pains. After I was ready for delivery, Dr. Laha was there on time with her entire team and used vaccum technique to pull the baby.Baby had 2 loops around her neck when she was out. But still I was able to deliver normally.I am thankful to Dr. Laha for showing her confidence in me and motivating my husband and me to try normal delivery 1st (as I had given up when initial labour pains started and asked for c section)Also, with all this corona spread world wide, it felt safe and secure in the hospital. All staff were cautious and used masks and sanitizer at all timesReaching hospital and getting admitted in emergency was no trouble.
I am glad to have maternity treatment in motherhood, all of the staff are very kind and always ready to help. Thank you to all the team , Tanavi and special thanks to dr madhuri laha who support and help me and motivated me during my whole journey and for vaginal delivery process.
