Dr. Madhu Juneja

Dr. Madhu Juneja is really a gem of a person for expecting moms.

I met Madhu Ma'am during 4th month of my pregnancy journey. First trimester I was consulting another doctor but that hospital started treating corona patients so I started looking for a change.

I came to know about Madhu Ma'am through Practo, and as she had very good reviews over there, I decided to consult her. On my first visit I felt that I am meeting someone whom I know from many years. She made me so comfortable, she took time to go through all my past 4 months records, listened me very patiently and answered all my queries.

All my further visits had always been very comforting.

My EDD was 25 December but in November end I came to know that my baby is having two loops of cord around the neck and that made me too scared. I was crying in front of her. But Madhu Ma'am handled the situation very smoothly, firstly she made me calm and then she explained how we have to proceed. On 7th December 2020 I gave birth to a baby boy through one of God's person i.e. Dr. Madhu Juneja.

I would like to add one more point, many of my friends/relatives made me so scared about c-section pains that they went through and the elongated recovery times afterwards. * ***** *** ***** ***** ** ** ****** ** *** ****** She told me she had soft hands and it will not hurt and how true she was. I had mild bearable pains and had a speedy recovery as well.

I find hard to find words to express my gratitude towards her but at last I can say thank you so much Ma'am for bringing my bundle of joy in this world.

Life is all about the choices we make and God accompanying us with his blessing to support the choices of our own.

Me and My husband were blessed with the correct choice at every step of our life and one of them is Dr. Madhu Juneja Madam. As usual God prevailed us with his blessing proving that it was the excellent choice we made.

From the first day of our visit to the Clinic and till date we always feel we meet someone we know from a long time. The trust she forms with her patient is next to none and trust is the important factor we all look for in this world.

After few visits, we had no doubt in our minds and were fully satisfied as Madhu Madam will always provide all the details to you in such manner that everyone and anyone can understand easily. All the aspects are covered by her and you will feel the connection.

She is a combination of both Modern and Conventional method and never recommends anything which is not required in case of tests, medicines etc.

As every parent we expected to have normal delivery instead of c-section. Although due to the low lying placenta , we went with C-Section and Madam made sure I'm very much relaxed. It was a very quick operation with no complications at all. She visited us and made sure all the post operation aspects are taken care of by the hospital in correct manner.

Post Pregnancy, its one of my favorite days when i visit her at clinic for regular checkup. We feel so positive and blessed to have made the right choice.

We tried a few gynaecologists and maternity clinics, all close to our home in Magarpatta but were left wanting for more –perhaps it was the need for that extra personal attention. We decided to visit Columbia Asia to try their OPD gynaecologists and met Dr Madhu Juneja during our very first visit and in the very first meeting it was clear that our search for the right gynaecologist had resulted into a positive match.

As expecting parents we were quite inquisitive, excited, and in hindsight sometimes downright difficult. But Dr. Juneja’s persevered through. We found her approach to be a mix of conventional and modern, both. She explained all technicalities in layman terms thereby making it easier for us to grasp the concepts and suggested ways to alleviate the then prevailing conditions. During one of my tests I was informed that I may have a short cervix. Dr Juneja placed me under her strict supervision and recommended few basic medicines to keep my cervix intact in order to prevent premature labour. For a doctor who is highly sought after, she made it a point that I received her extra attention during anxious times. The medicines she prescribed helped me sail through distressing times. For a busy doctor, she always carries a calm demeanour and makes it a point that questions are answered.

As promised she was present on the day of delivery and when I got admitted (Columbia Asia) she made frequent visits to ensure I was not in distress and supervised everything. Since I underwent an emergency C-sec owing to my baby’s continuously dropping heart rate, my husband could not accompany me to the OT. Her presence in the OT helped me calm my nerves. she announced that I have given birth to a baby boy. I am grateful to her for going beyond her scope of work and what is expected from a doctor. My association with her continues beyond my delivery as she continues to supervise my recovery with the same zeal and enthusiasm as ever.

Madhu mam, such a smiling face, confident personality, with positive attitude. When I went to doctor for my first visit, we both specially me was so much worried, was not getting what is happening with me. My home UPT was showing positive signs but lab test and even USG were not giving any sensations. Madhu mam, coordinated with staff of lab and USG department personally which we (me & husband) both were not expecting and not ever seen any Doctor is doing such unbelievable thing with any patient like a family member.

That time while leaving she suggested , this phase comes once or twice in life you have to enjoy each moment, feel every bit of motherhood, you are not a patient so enjoy it. From that day my all views towards pregnancy has changed, and I started taking things positively. I contacted her over phone in emergency, and every time she showed politeness and cleared half of the fear on phone itself.

We were in to third month of pregnancy and were not at all satisfied with treatment administered by the chief gynaecologist in leading maternity care hospital in Kharadi. Doctor we consulted before DR Madhu lacked human touch, was ready to hear our doubts but unable to listen mostly because of her preset mindset that only writing medecine, scans and next appointment date is all we should except. But in stark contrast to our previous experience we found Dr Madhu exactly what is expected from exceptional Doctor. She explained us diagnosis and actions we are taking during each step of pregnancy and answered all our doubts very patiently , she re-assured my wife personally during each visit whenever my wife was in self doubt. Our pregnancy journey was smooth so far but due to corona situation we did face some challenges. Me and my wife were consulting another doctor in hospital which was also treating corona patients, and every other day there was news that some XYZ hospital sealed due to staff being infected by corona, we thought it was a risk to continue in such hospitals. In the 8th month we decided we need to switch to an exclusive maternity clinic. We were extremely tensed to find a doctor in such crises. Thats when we found some great reviews of Dr. Madhu Juneja on practo. We met her and all our stress and anxiety disappeared. She is such a great listener. She went through all our reports in detail and did not change any medication as my wife was used to with previous Medicines.

Dr. was always a call away for our problems. Her team is also very efficient and helpful.

On 15th June 2020 we were blessed with a baby boy. The birthing process was smooth and this all happened because of Dr. Madhu’s friendly approach and her many years of experience. My pregnancy journey with Dr Madhu has been smooth and extremely enjoyable. She welcomed me with her beautiful everlasting smile and ensured that my health (and the baby's health too!) was well-taken care of. I am mother of a baby boy and would like to share my experience with doc Madhu as It can help other couples also in selecting their gynaecologist.

. We had visited doc Madhu for pre pregnancy check up and with some minimum test only , doc could find out that I have a beta thalessima trait and my husband has a sickle cell trait which we were not aware of previously . She explained us properly abt genetic pattern and abt CVS procedure we need to do to rule out the possibility of fetus having both traits..With God grace , I conceived normally after 2 months of pre consultIon and Dr Madhu guided us throughout the pregnancy journey .As I needed to do CVS procedure in 3 month of pregnancy , doc Madhu took care of all the risk arises out of this procedure and made sure that fetus is safe from all complications . She Also helped us in guiding abt best genetic doc , fetal medicine , after care etc . Dr Madhu is highly talented , approachable , supportive and have immense knowledge .Under her guidance , we blessed with a baby boy on 18 -Oct 21 . Each pregnancy is different and Dr Madhu has expertise in handling any pregnancy with special attention . Thank you Doctor for making our journey beautiful and giving us the joy of our life . On advice of my brother, I visited Dr.Madhu for my 2nd pregnancy and believe me it was an awesome journey with her. Throughout pregnancy and on the day of delivery she supported me very well. She always answered patiently all my queries during regular pregnancy visits. She creates a bond of care and love with her patients, which I actually experienced. I would like to share my personal experience, after my delivery on 2nd day, in night around 11pm , I felt distension and became uncomfortable due to that, so I called mam in late night hours. she picked my call and talked with juniors doctors in hospital right that time to support me. Not this only, she was in some meeting near the hospital that time and after finishing up with meeting, she specially came down to meet me in hospital late night, just to make sure if I was doing fine by that time or not. That moment really touched me, what else a patient needs from a doctor. She actually takes responsibility of her patients. Honestly speaking, I have never met such a "down to earth" doctor. When my wife had doubts on being pregnant, I found out about Dr. Madhu from Practo. We visited her the same day and she advised us a few tests. After we got the reports, Dr. Madhu informed us that pregnancy was confirmed but with few minor issues. Also she made us feel that we were at the best moment of our lives and also assured us that she will be there for us for the next 9 months. Though we were scared initially but throughout the course of the treatment she made us feel more and more confident and more comfortable.
