I consulted Dr Madhavi Joshi for high blood pressure. Along with high blood pressure my ECG was abnormal as well. I was 33 when this was diagnosed. Doctor got me thoroughly investigated and suggested appropriate treatment. The treatment was primarily execrcise, diet and monitoring. My BP became normal in 3 months and I lost 20 kg in 5 months.
