Dr. Kshama Kulkarni is an expert in pediatric surgery and very approachable. She was kind, attentive, and patient with our child. After consulting other experts without a proper solution, we were very happy with her diagnosis and suggested treatment.

In 10th June 2021 My newborn son was detected with a VUR Grade 5. We tried to search for the best doctor a pediatric surgeon and after many Google searches my wife suggested meeting Dr. Kshama Kulkarni based on the positive reviews on various websites.

The Doctor is a totally down-to-earth personality whose primary purpose is to cure the disease and not to trouble the patient/family with unnecessary tests and procedures. She informed us in great detail the problem and the various kind of Surgical options available with pros & cons of each. This really helped us in understanding the procedure and also the risks involved.

However, as a pediatric Surgeon and during & post Surgery care Dr. Kshama Kulkarni role was most critical.

Her confidence in seeing the vision of the child post surgery journey was so clear that it gave us confidence.

Finally, once the surgery finished Dr. Kshama Kulkarni called us & explained the whole procedure went as per plan and the surgery was successful.

The most elating experience was that during our 20-day stay post-surgery there was not a single day when Dr. Kshama Kulkarni did not visit even during a Sunday she was there on time. I have not seen any doctors having that level of dedication.

Finally we got discharged on the 20th day as planned and are currently on a path of recovery and am glad to see my son normally.

The clinic environment was comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the wait time was reasonable. The fees were a bit higher than expected, but overall the experience was good.

My experience with Dr.Kshama Kulkarni is so far so good and she is very professional *** ****** **** ** *** ***** My new born baby was having large intestine issue and causes problems with passing stool. We have admitted him “Sahyadri Specialty Hospital” at that time my baby was having Swollen belly and he started Vomiting, including vomiting a green substance. There we have met to Dr.Kshama Kulkarni (Pediatric Surgeon) she explained baby’s situation in details and she has performed first colostomy surgery successfully to get out of baby in critical situation later we are having continues monthly follow up with her for baby’s care. We found she is very natural but same time she is very strict about patient care. I would must say she is one of the highly qualified and experienced doctor for child surgical problems. After few months she has performed pull through Hirschsprung surgery successfully at “Surya Mother & Child Super specialty Hospital” now baby is doing good and we are happy with his growth. My Son (9years old) was suffering from frequent Urine Infections. Initially we consulted with general physician.

But when it repeated 4-5 times, we approached Dr. Kshama Kulkarni. She diagnosed correctly & explained us that

this could happen due to Urine Reflux issue or due to some obstacles in urine path. She suggested few medical tests for confirmation. The tests confirmed that the issue is Urine Reflux.

Dr kshama mam explained us about it very well & suggested for Surgery to stop the reflux.

It was a major Open Bladder Surgery & we were under tremendous stress for the same. My son also had lot many thoughts and queries in his mind.

But Dr Kshama mam explained all the details & addressed all our queries/concerns. She also talk to my son & made him feel relaxed.

She Operated my son in Mai Mangeshkar Hospital. After the operation, She was taking regular follow ups from Hospital staff. My son could not sleep properly for two night & woke up many time during night due to pains. Hospital Staff was everytime reporting it to Kshama madam immediately even at night & she was suggesting medicine for it. She was very supporting throughout 8 days in hospital.

Now my son is recovering fast & We are very thankful to her for the right treatment and proper guidance.
