Dr. Narayan J. Karne

I am 58 yrs old. I had severe left sciatica with loss of sensation in left foot for 5 months. MR showed severe compression at 4 levels from L3,4,5 S1. I had taken treatment at many places, took heavy doses of steroids, but no relief. My weight was also 93kg. 1 year ago, Dr Karne operated me at all 4 levels successfully and I started walking also quite early. 1 yr down the line also, I am absolutely without any trouble. Dr Karne is very skillful surgeon, hospital staff also very helpful and cooperative. Even charges were also very reasonable. I recommend Dr Karne for all Orthopedic treatment very strongly.

My daughter had fractured her femur and tibia about 4 years ago. She was treated at Baramati with nailing. But she had severe knee stiffness. Could bend only 10 degrees. I showed to many doctors. But in about 4 yrs, no one can do anything. Dr Karne treated her and gave her almost full bending. He could do that, which, no other doctors could do. That also in very reasonable charges. I am very happy with diagnosis, skill, explanation and charges. I very strongly recommend Dr Karne for Orthopedic treatment.

The hospital is too expensive. Every time for basic checkup also you will need around 5k.

For every patient they will give medicine around of 1500 and will ask to take HCA injections which is around 3000 for 1 injection. First time when i met him he gave me 2 HCA injection *** ** ***** ******* ** **** after 15 days i had second checkup at that he told me you will need one more HCA injcetion.

The doctor asked to get 10 x-ray's for my father and mother in different angles since both had muscular and bone problem. After doing the x-ray and making us wait for 3-4 hours, he did not even properly see the x-ray and just asked to get admitted in karne hospital for 1 week. I personally felt there was no need for admission to hospital and doctor could speak and explain us the problem better.

i was having knee and shoulder pain. Dr karne suggested MRI of knee and shoulder in first visit itself. i did that and went again with reports. He gave me 2 HCA injection s, 1 for knee and another for shoulder. He also prescribed costly medicines for a month.2 MRIs, 2HCV injections and lot of medicines, I had to spent around Rs 22,000 for this *** ***** * ** *** *** ***** **********Please do not go to this doctor.

Talking to patients without time restrictions really makes patient comfortable. Dr was always open to any queries. He explained the problem and process very well. Really appreciate. Thanks

24 years back, my right hand's bone was broken. Dr Karne operated it and till today I don't have any problem. He inserted steel rods in my right hand. He took care of me very well. I do all my household chores.

Very very Poor service n staff. They did not respond on time. Dr time was different from appointment time.
