Particular assistant was immediately removed from services upon your feedback, for which we are thankful. Thereafter the treatment was taken over and completed with utmost care as required. However, in order to mitigate the dissatisfaction expressed from your side with respect to the initial treatment rendered by the removed assistant, you were given treatments/consultation on multiple occasions at a nominal material cost as well as free of charges. This episode extends to over 9 months now as the treatment was completed in January itself not 3 months ago and the complementary services which were offered for your good experience, are understood to be our weakness which is a painful experience for us. We have been politely addressing the issues everytime but the behavior of expecting free treatment by threatening to spoil Google Ratings is unprofessional and exploitative in nature. Being a Doctor, sometime we reach a position where we need to choose between our self respect and unrealistic expectations of any individual. Today, when you were denied the same exploitative expectation of yours even after the threat to spoil the review, you have expressed yourself with above words, which is regretful. We are always available to treat our patients as a Doctor but not with threat but with respect and care. We wish the things could have been better for both of us.
