I am eternally grateful to Dr. Kalyani and will always thank her for all the physio and also 'training' me to think about my posture to help my neck and back. I can honestly say that the exercises helped me (heel pain) and my mother in law (Frozen shoulder and arthritis) to overcome our health issues.

She not only treats your issue but also suggests good practices to follow to avoid these kind of issues.

I had lower back pain on right side. Visited Dr. Aniruddha's polyclinic where I came to know that my hamstring muscle was so tight that the pain was radiating to lower back.
