I visited doctor for my Diplopia problem. He listened to my problem and examined in detailed and explained to me my problem in very nice manner. I would really recommend anyone to visit him. He is really very cool and gives patient hearing to the issue we are facng.

I visited for my daughter eys sight problem. Very friendly and explained all the things very well. Recommended from my side to others.

Done both eye surgery of mom, but she facing itching ,redness and pain on both eyes since last 7 months.

Spent 55000 in this surgery and 20 followups still problem not cured .

We explained problem to doctor but he says it happen with 5% of people, ..why he not explained at begining..?

We still folloup with him but i lost hope.

I felt this was big mistake from me to choose Ashwini eye clinic.

We know that your mother is suffering from the problem in eyes for last few months. But we r trying our level best & she is already getting the best possible treatment. I think 20 follow ups is highly exaggerated figure by u, it was 5 - 6 follow ups in last 6 months out of which 3 r routine for any cataract surgery.Only 2-3 additional follow ups r required because of her eye problem which can come to any patient after surgery. It depends upon how body of patient is reacting to surgery & is not at all fault of surgery. U didnt mention that U didnt send her for follow ups as advised & consulted 2-3 local doctors in Sangli & missed my follow ups which caused more confusion in treatment. They also told u that problem is not because of surgery. Later she developed allergic conjunctivitis which is no where related to surgery wity which we r dealing currently. We have given u the reference of leading eye specialist in Sangli where she can take treatment so that your visits to Pune r avoided & less time & money is spent. This we r doing out of the way to help u in best possible way & reduce your stress.U have selectively not mentioned that her vision in both eyes for distance & near is excellent all these months after surgery. Explaining everything in detail before surgery is practically not possible in India. Also U didnt mention that u kept on sending your father & mother for follow ups & hardly came once or twice with them for follow ups. U used to send them for follow up without u being coming with them & used to call me only on phone & that is inappropriate. This has caused lack of understanding about the matter from your side as explaining everything on phone is not possible & not our way of doing practice. Also total bill for cataract surgery in both eyes is around 50K in total. We don't know why u have written 55K ? We never refused bills to anyone. Because u didn't come with your parents & send them all alone & communicated with us only on phone has caused lot of wrong perception & misunderstandings. Things would have been well understood if u yourself must have come with patients & would have helped patient in much better way. In spite of your not so transparent review, we r not going to differentiate her or deny her as for as best possible treatment is concerned. Only thing is u need to trust, have regular follow ups as advised & should come personally instead of talking only on phone. She will be all right.

This is countinue to the feedback we have given earlier..I am sure about more than 7 followups and you clinic and more than 7nin Sangli.

You misguiding to the users now by not accepting truth.

Doctor had advisied us to take followups in Sangli he specially not mentioned that.Doctor not accepting point that sangli doctors also not recure the cause .We never asked for consulatation in Sangli he had advised us. Of course that was for our convinience but intentionally he not mentioned it in response.\nHe hasnt mentioned that i personally asked for bills in his clinic not on call, but he said why you need it, this point also he specilly not mentioned on this he remember everything else.

Amoumt is 55000 the reason is the eye drops , and you had sent us to medical chexkup which causes more than 2000 ,.plus medicine 2000 and plus sangli consultation and medicine? If i comsider that then it should be 62000, he specially mentioned that only 50000 including all, but other things like pre and post treatment ? We have to consider this when surgery is not good.Yes for followups after surgery he had done in his clinic he not taken charges as promised before surgery.

We always call clinic for doctors availablity and doctor himself provided his number we never asked.and you can see the way he mentioned about professionality. The operation theator is is combination of other doctors..what is practice then?You can also read other users reviews , if you say something negative about him ,and see his responce you can understand what is matter..If my father was there then there is no harm to provid him bills . He saying i was not there , i am honestly saying that i was there everytime except 4 times but what wrong with that my wife and father was present in my absense we have other duties in working day, is it wrong ?\n\nDoctor always in hurry, not provided us the medical history hence we use to call him to discuss about the case with othrr doctors he has suggested.\n\nAgain he advised us new doctor from sangli , rather than taking responsibility of his petient. \n\nThe thing is that like he explain about lens price but he should explain surgery impact, he intentionaaly avlid that . \n\nMy mom now can not go to sunrays , which she use to do before surgery now tell me surgery was perfect?

As doctor has suggested we have done everythingl, he asviced us to do second operation immeditly in one month to avoid impact, he hasnt mentioned that in his response .

We newly moved to Pune, so went to consult a pre existing condition for which treatment was continued from previous city. Dr. Shah denied the condition, for which proper reports were present and said this is redundant, and said the condition is all because of age, and asked to stop Medication. We followed his advice for week. *** ** ***** ********* ********* *** had to meet a different doctor in emergency and the treatment was continued. This clinic cannot be trusted. **** *** ****** **** **** ****** *******be carefull.

Dr. Kaushik Shah did Cataract operation of both my eyes with gap of 1 week. It was done with very advanced technique without any injection, suturesbor eyepad. I came out of operation theatre with goggles directly. * ***** *** ******* **** ****** *** ******* Operation got over in just half hour. I didn't understand when it got over though no injection was given. We were back home by 9 am after operation. My son didn't have to take leave for even one day. Thanks to modern technology & Dr. Kaushik Shah for advanced cataract operation with zero stress on me. Thanks for giving me my vision back.

i visited Dr.Shah for my six months old eye discharge problem.

Regret to say, the doctor was more laptop friendly than being patient friendly.

I got my squint operation done from Dr.Kaushik Shah. He did operation with local anesthesia. Operation got over in just half hour. There was no pain at all. He was talking with me during operation. My eyes which were crossed ( squint ) before become completely straight after operation. No nobody can believe that I had squint before. I will be thankful to Dr. Kaushik Shah for my entire life for this. ** ** **** *** ******** ********* ******** Very reasonable charges. I recommend him for squint correction.
