As per the records, the surgery was done by Dr. Jai Kelkar, but * **** ******* ******* The way the procedure was handled makes me believe that some trainee or junior may have operated on my father’s eye. ** **** ** *** ***** ** ** ********** ************ *** ** *** **** *** ************* ***** ** **** ***** ** **** ** ******** ***** *** **** *** ********* ********* *** ******** *** **** ***** ** **** ********** *** **** **** ***** **** **** **** ********* ** *** ***** **** **** ******* ** **** ********** *********** ** ****** *** ********** **** ***** ** ******** ******** ** ***** **** ** *** **** ***** ******* ** *** ***** **** ** ***** **** ** ***** **************** the only suggested treatment is a pupil replacement, which no one ever informed us could become necessary after a simple cataract surgery. **** ****** *** ********* ***** *** ********** *********** ************* *** **** *** *********

I am extremely disappointed *** ***** with the way this hospital handled my father’s case. I would strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to think very carefully before trusting them with their loved ones eyes

doctor is not friendly, when we ask her then she does not answer clearly. her visit charges 500 and she check only 1 minute and she say ok now you go. patient is my 6 years old son and does not clear me what is his vision number, she say we cannot give him high vision number * ******** ********* ** *** **** ** ***** as a parents we are not satisfied this doctor

** *** ****** ** **** ********* **** *** ***** ****** ** ***** ********** ** ******* ******** *** ****** *** She examines for less than a minute through her machine ...and thats it. *** *** ***** *** **** If you ask questions, then her response and body language has the ability to make you feel a bit dejected. I decided not to continue at NIO Aundh after this less than a minute encounter!

While booking I had explicitly mentioned that patient will not be present but reports needs to be checked as part of second opinion. I waited to 2 hr in her clinic despite booked appointment and travelled 15 km but she denied looking at reports and commenting anything. This behaviour is unacceptable when every information was cleared before and she still asked me to visit. Not optimal use of my time energy resources and money

This doctor suggested me to undergo cornea removal surgery in one left eye and cross linking in right eye, **** ****** ** *** *** ********I consulted a different doctor and was suggested cross linking in left eye and no treatment in right eye, I received the same suggestions from another doctor. I underwent CR in left eye and no treatment in right eye, ***** *** ***** *** **** ******* ** **** ****** **** ***

The doctor was not in very listen-y kind of mode.

Does not take good care of patient's doubts

Not very friendly

Doctors , nurses and other staff are good.

Security behave irresponsibly and arrogantly with patients without considering age factor. We experienced very rude behavior

Need drastic improvement in behavior to patients and their relatives.
