My root canal treatment with Dr. Ishan Dhruva was smooth and efficient. He explained everything clearly and started the procedure right away with my permission. The clinic was clean, the staff cooperative, and the wait time reasonable. I felt the treatment was good value for money and I’m feeling fine within a week.

They ask you to sign a form which says, "The doctor has explained you the treatment plan and you accept to be treated by that way." even before you meet the doctor! I mean how sense less, illogical and wrong! Without even consulting the doctor, without even seeing the doctor how can they expect me to sign such a form? Once the doctor takes me in for the OPD and examines my issue, he can then explain me the treatment plan and I can then agree or disagree on the treatment plan and can then decide whether to sign the form or not sign the form respectively. ** *** ****** ***** Please do not visit this clinic as the doctor is very arrogant, insensitive, unreasonable. He disagreed to even talk to me regarding this concern of mine and I left the clinic without consulting him as I had no other choice. An office boy/assistant was the mediator in the entire communication between and the doctor. (There was no issue on the case fees just to be clear.)

You and your staff were very courteous and helpful. I would give a suggestion !!!! Instead of naming your Clinic "Dhruva Dental house" it should be " Dhruva Dental Home ". House is made of Building materials while Home is build with affection , love, apathy and of taking care of its members. That is the perfect definition of Your Clinic.

It actually gives one a feeling of house as the name says. I have never seen a doctor like Mr Ishan Dhrua, so patient, so humble, paying deep attention towards every patient!

And not to forget the team, right from the receptionist to the helpers, all gave me an feeling of comfort, during my treatment .
