She hasn’t pushed for any treatments like laser scar removal or some facial and peels etc. She uses the best of the medicines, creams and serums and has helped my acne clear with the use of them. We had a terrible experience at Dr. Hetal Jobanputra`s Radiant Skin & Hair Clinic in Baner. Went to her clinic today to seek consultation for skin rash. She seemed to be in a hurry from the very beginning (although there were hardly any patients outside). With tangible/visible reluctance, the MD dermatologist ******* answered one of my questions regarding the exact nature of the prescribed medications and the availability of generic alternatives, if any. This is odd and unusual. We have previously sought consultation from highly rated MBBS/MD physicians practicing in India and abroad, and they have never exhibited this kind of attitude. Her overall style of communication also leaves room for significant improvement. Good physicians always discuss the disease etiology/prognosis as well as the associated treatment options in great details. All of this was clearly missing during today`s consultation. For 3 min. worth of consultation (which left us with more questions than answers), she charged us a whopping INR 600. After asking for a discount, we did not get any encouraging response. For the exorbitant fee she charges, she should also spend more time answering key patient queries. Unfortunately, can't recommend Dr. Hetal to anyone. Not satisfied at all.

I started facing this acne issue for last five to six months and it happened instantaneously and within a week my face was full with acne and it was getting bad day by day. There were lots of red spots on my face and it was looking very bad. I tried to take care of it on my own as I was not sure whether to consult dermatologist or not as I have seen few cases in which It got even bad after people started taking medication but it was getting bad day by day and at last I decided to see a dermatologist and that's when my sister told me about Dr. Hetal Jobanputra through practo. I read all the feedbacks and it gave me confidence to proceed and really it was worth consulting her. When I visited her she just saw my face and she instantaneously told me what it was and all about the medication, I was hardly there for 5 to 10 mins and I was not really sure whether it will work or not but it really worked like a magic with in 4 to 5 days I stared seeing drastic amount of change as my face was getting better with each passing day and within a month there was great amount of difference. I would really recommend her as if anyone is facing any skin related issue then one must give her a visit atleast once as one will definitely see the difference.
