This was my fourth visit to the clinic. I had previously consulted her for my skin issues, and I found the medicines she prescribed to be effective. Therefore, I visited her again for hair loss treatment. Although the prescribed medicines are quite expensive, we are purchasing them as we do not have many other options.

However, this time, I did not feel very comfortable during the consultation as she seemed quite occupied with her phone. We may not be able to remember and explain all our concerns at once, and if we are given a little more time and attention, we would be able to discuss all our issues properly.

I sincerely request her to kindly give more attention and time to her patients during consultations. This would make the patients feel more comfortable and ensure that all their concerns are addressed properly.
