* ** ******* **** ****** *** *** ** *** **** ******* **** ****** ****** ** *********** ***** We have been looking out to get denture treatment done for my father and have of course visited many highest rated doctors in practo and google and eventually ended with Dr. Patil . We feel blessed that we chose the right dentist. He is knowledgeable and knows what is best for the his patients. I already had underlying health conditions so Dr.Patil has taken all necessary precautionary measures we can ever imagine and made sure my father is not getting overwhelmed during the treatment. We have a long list which can go on to appreciate Dr. Patil but I am writing few here

- He gives utmost priority to patients, even after clinic visit he personally used to send text to me to know my current status

- Always given satisfactory answers to tons of questions we had regarding the treatment and associated processes

- Since we were getting it done for the first time, we have been asking so many questions and modifications on dentures, other dentist must have turned us back. But he always remained patient listening to what are we requesting and gave appropriate reasonings why something can’t be done but still since we requested he always tried his best to meet the needs (no one would have done that)

- Not a person who is behind money, due to my underlying health condition the treatment was not going in the pace it should be and it took quite longer than expected including frequent clinic visits for check-up, few additional minor surgeries etc., but he never asked for an extra penny for these additional overheads even though we insisted

I had a root canal done, and I wanted just a normal cap , but then Dr Hemant Patil, explained me about the benefits of onlays. It's a great replacement to normal caps after doing the root canal. The Onlay gives more strength to the existing tooth n d fitting n feeling inside the mouth is as goood as having a new original tooth... Hemant sir explained me the entire process in such a simple way that I was sure this treatment was better for me than going ahead with regular cap process. Before the final fixing I was also called for trials so that the fit is perfect as per the measurements taken. I am extremely happy with my new tooth. It's retained my natural tooth n added more strength to the tooth. DR Pooja Patil is also very good at her job... Dr Hemant Patil has good a great team of doctors , expert staff... each n everyone was on their job. The front desk is very friendly n they are very good at follow up... BASICALLY THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS SUPERB.

We had visited Governement Hospital for my mother in laws implant treatment in 2011. I still remebered the first day whe we approached him with many querried regarding implant treatment. i was worried becoz of her heath issues, whether implant will suit her or not?

Dr. Hemant heard us very PATIENTLY and explained us very METICULOUSLY till we both understand very satisfactorily.

HE TRIED TILL THE LAST CHANCE OF SUCCESS. But, unfortunately we failed beacause of bone resorption and sinus expansion was so advanced.

The last option which was available with us was Denture.

Glad to say that, she is still using the same denture which Dr. Hemant was made for my mother in laws and STILL THAT SAME DENTURE IS IN A GOOD CONDITION.

This is my personal excellent experience with Dr. Hemant D Patil.

It’s late in sharing the experience with laconic having three doctors, but it’s not too late.

I visited doctor before one month for my root canal visit.

I really like their friendliness, calmness and the treatment. I am fully satisfied so far with their treatment till now. The particulars about my bones which are more in length, they explained what was the issue with my other tooth root canal which I did in 2011. As in 2011, in other tooth the root canal treatment did not reach till the end point of the root of that tooth. They showed me in X-ray and Dr. Bhushan took extra sitting for reaching to that point. I am thankful for this. When the tooth cap arrived, it was having little bumps that’s why it was not comfortable, which Dr. Hemant sent to the manufacturing lab again and re fixed. This happened in very short duration. Satisfied with this as well. And not to forget Dr. Swati who did the initial cleaning of the tooth. She was very friendly and had great patience while doing her job. She explained what she was doing.

The only down side which I felt for other people was the cost of the treatment which was higher for few people, but at the same time quality matters.

Overall, recommended. Thanks to all doctors at Laconic.

Please do not consider this feedback as a negative feedback. But at the same time please give a level of importance to consider this feedback with utmost positiveness with an insight of what is the reality going within the clinics being run in a premium residential locality. This is not about questioning the docs ability, but this truly questions, how is today's medical science and businesses are established. The patient walks to the doc with a faith and trust. And then an experience like this truly questions. Was I at the right place? despite being the doc experienced.

It might sound lengthy, but I really wanted to take some time out of my work and write this review.

So I happen to take the patient inside the Doctor's cabin for tooth ache check-up. Doctor starts the check-up.

All of a sudden two female receptionists walk into the cabin and create a chaotic environment (while the doc is assessing the patient). I could understand from the situation that there was some technical problem with the X-Ray software in docs laptop. The assessment is interrupted. The patient left unattended while now even the doc attempts to resolve the laptop technical problem. The small room is filled with two receptionists, doc, and Doc's asistant.

After a while, the Doc resumes check-up of my patient. This time a trainee doc from the next cabin suddenly enters and informs the status of some other patient lying in next cabin. Surprisingly, the doc leaves my patients check-up in between and talks to the trainee, as to what to do with other patient lying in other cabin.

After a while, the Doc resumes check-up of my patient. Now surprisingly, Doc's asistant questions doctor about the list of calendar invites she has on her laptop. Surprisingly, the doc leaves my patient and starts talking to the asistant.

When doc resumes check-up, the doc only focuses on the tooth which was paining. When I asked, is the tooth decay spread to other teeth? then the doctor inspects the upper teeth and says yes. This truly felt that the doc was not giving a full attention to check-up and is only problem oriented.

Key observations:

- The cabin was filled with unwanted people who should have not been there while the doc check-up the patients

- Docs easily gives his attention to his employees while the check-up is done and when it is not required

- Doc leaves the patient unattended and does other simultaneous clinical activities

- Doc does not give full attention to the patient and does the check-up of any other tooth problem only when asked to do.

The fundamental problem was, the doc was not giving full attention and was busy doing simultaneous tasks.

Finally I told doc that please resolve the internal issues and we will wait outside. Will revisit when this is settled.

The doc was sorry for what happened and was ready to give pain killer. But I was shattered with the experience and walked out.

Highly dissatisfied by the unprofessional behaviour by the staff and doctors.I had to wait for almost an hour while staff was busy on their phone calls and never bothered to convey my wait time, despite vising the clinic after taking a prior appointment and a verbal confirmation of doctors availability. My first interaction with the main doctor was good but after that I was always treated by junior doctor without any supervision or intervention of the main doctor. I also heard the junior doctor and staff talking about lack of some necessary filling or ingredients. I had 4 appointments with them and each time the experience was getting worse. My last procedure for tooth filling took an hour and after the procedure I was informed that as the filling is deep it may or may not hold beyond 3/4days! and in such a case Root canal treatment will b required and a cap will b fixed. I was shocked to hear that I underwent a procedure *** ** ** ** **** I would have appreciated if this was informed earlier for me to choose for a permanent solution rather then wasting my time and money. Plus I am experiencing more pain after this procedure and currently relying on painkillers.I did share my dissatisfaction at the reception by telling them that this is my last visit. They wanted me to provide feedback and arrange a meeting with the main doctor to understand and fix the issue. The doctor was not available when I needed him but they wanted me to stay back and entertain him which I graciously denied.

The doctor had taken time to explain about the suitable options which could be opted for me and my's friends treatment despite being asking us to go with a particular treatment only! He also helped us in understanding the pros and cons of all the options! They gave me one and half years time for completion of my treatment. As of now it has been 11 months and I can see significant difference in my teeth, hoping that treatment get finishes on time.

One thing that could be changed is the way they are managing their work! I and my friend had given impressions of our teeth to the clinic for which we were specifically charged and now when I have asked for it, they are just unable to locate it! Also the timing of taking appointments can be prioritised. I get a call just a day before when the appointment is to be scheduled which is very wrong. This is not issue with the doctor but the staff which manages these things. Once this gets improved, I don't think there will any other problem with the clinic.

Doctor ** **** **** ** **** **** ****** *** is not at all friendly. Avoid such doctors and go for someone else. These type of doctors are not good at all.

Horrible Experience.. While checking my teeth, Doctor's some relatives came and suddenly Doctor went with them outside to bus stop **** *** ****** ******** ******** ** *** ********* **** *** **** ** **********.In my personal view some professionalism need to show..we pay the doctors fee, then Doctor came after 20-25 Min. not even ask me.. i went to Cabin again and asking what about my future treatments..then he explaining with the bad attitude like he is not interested..and Clinics clerk refused to give me the Fee receipt stating that your bill is under Rs. 500.

I never faced this type of bad service in any clinic in my whole Life..

I never suggest this Doctor... Sorry..
