I had an appointment today at 12:30 PM with Dr. Govind Kulkarni and waited until 1:30 PM, but he never showed up. The receptionist, Muskan, kept giving false updates — first saying the doctor would arrive in 15 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 5 minutes — and kept asking me to wait longer each time.

I was suggested to get ECG done. So I took an appointment for the test. As per scheduled time I reached clinic. I got my test done in 15-20 mins only. Dr Kulkarni explained me well about the test.
