Dr. Gaurav Gupta

I met Dr. Gupta in Pune close to 10 years back, and ever since he's our go to Doctor for everything dental. He places ethics and professionalism as utmost priority and many a times has advised on the pros and cons of a particular procedure/treatment, letting us decide what we prefer. He's exceptionally good at his craft and at the same time humble enough to pass on the baton to a Specialist who he thinks can do justice to the line of treatment. Very amiable personality, that's much required in his profession. Thank you Dr. G, glad to have been associated with you and Dr. Sharadha, and rest of team.

I have been associated with Dr Gaurav Gupta for the treatment of my son aged 11years. I'm extremely happy with the overall experience and progress made in the treatment. Dr Gaurav's approach to the entire treatment has been one of friendly yet professional and consultative...he has made sure that any and all doubts have been completely clarified before starting any treatment for my son. Right from exact diagnosis of the problem of jaw correction, wearing braces, followup appointments and unscheduled meeting Dr Gaurav has always been available and that has made it a very smooth experience. Dr.Gaurav is truly a very good orthodontist. I had taken by son to him for the treatment. I am completely satisfied with the treatment. Most importantly, the doctor is very friendly and my son was well taken care off. The setting of his teeth was very well done.

checked only one side whereas i had issue with both sides. when asked to check said will do later when u do full treatment. kept insisting on doing surgery to fix issue. asked for alternative treatment and was told he knows best. whcih he must be but there is a way to say things. as a patient i felt i was not heard and was cut off too often while speaking. doctor even was rude in saying do not just walk in and come only with appt. whereas i had come with appt booked in practo. wanted yo know what options i have to choose from before hand but doc kept insisting on surgery and refused to even explain other options **** ********* very sad. had to go to diff doc ** **** ** ***** my first and last time going basis app rating and reviews.

Dr gaurav is very knowledgable and experienced doctor. Till now the braces activity has been done very nicely. It was appreciated by all my near ones whoever have seen me before and after. All together it wad nice experience with the tooth activity.

Even the filling was done very nicely and without pain.The terror for treating the teeths is now gone..

I had Gaps between my teeth before I got braces from Fresh Smiles and today there are no gaps and I am very happy with the way my treatment has proceeded. I had no pain during orthodontic treatment.Dr Gupta is very careful and mild about the forces applied to the teeth.

It was good and he was explaining in detail about everything of my teeth . He advised due care also to be taken for future to have any issues.

The dentist is really honest, friendly, treats patients with care. Gives the right advice and does not charge much.

Very pleasant personality, total transparency in imparting course of treatment, very sincere, co-operative & impart total confidence.

Overall it is very friendly, personalise & caring treatment as good as from family friend.
