Dr. Dipti Murkute (Pansare) was very thorough and clearly explained the cataract procedure. She was considerate in arranging most of the eye tests on the same day since we live far away. The staff was helpful and the clinic was very clean and well maintained.

I went to the doctor late in the evening for itchy eyes. I told Dr. Dipti that I've got eye pain from last few days. She checked both my eyes and explained to me in detail the measures to take while doing day to day work (I work in IT, with my eyes glued to screen all the time). She listened to all my queries patiently and answered them all very well. At no point in time she looked hurried for the next patient (which I liked the most coz these days it is hard to find a doctor who cares more about you than making money)
I'd highly recommend.

The front-desk management is disorganized and unhelpful, making it impossible to rely on scheduled appointments. We ultimately left ******* ***** **** *** ** *** **** ******* *** ************** ***** ** ** ***** *** ********. I cannot recommend this clinic until they overhaul their patient coordination and front-end communication

I went to her for the 1st time, she told me I have number and eye dryness, and gave me one eye drop. Later, my eyes were still not fine, I called them they said dr is busy this that, I don’t get any results and then they told me to come but this this charges will be applied, I told them I will not pay ******* *** *** ***** ** *** **** *** ** *** *** *** ***** *** ******* **** **** ******** And I could not bare it. Simply outstanding, *** ** **** ************* ****** *** she has the ability to make patient understand what exactly happened to him/her. I had some eye infection due to the dust and I was in severe pain, not only she understands the exact problem but she fixed in no time. Doctor is highly qualified still very humble and friendly. Staff is also very co-operative and professional. Other aspects like cleanliness and hygiene is also countable. Worth for the money I would recommend her to the everyone who has eyes related problem and looking out for a good doctor. Thank you once again for such a great experience 🙏🙏
