I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration following my visit to Dr. Drashti Devani’s The Skin Doctor clinic located in Viva Icon Building, Hinjewadi, on 23rd August.
I had booked my appointment through the Practo App or 2:00 PM and arrived at the clinic well in advance—nearly 30 minutes early. After filling out the personal details form and paying the consultation fee, I waited patiently for nearly two hours. My turn was scheduled after two other patients, and I had made further plans for the day assuming the appointment would proceed as scheduled.
However, when my turn finally came, a staff member abruptly escorted another patient into the consultation room ahead of me. I politely explained that I had been waiting for two hours and requested to see the doctor as per my appointment.
