I recently visited at clear skin clinic baner center and meet Dr.Dhananjay sir thankyou for your guidance highly recommend...
Worst experience of my life (not especially with the Dr. Chavan but with his staff members). I had booked an appointment to see Dr. Chavan for today (10/Sep/15) in two days advance. Since my appointment was confirmed, I called clinic at 10:08 AM to check if Doctor is coming or not. Well someone replied yes, he is in office, and you may come.
Then I went to their clinic, and upon arriving, I asked the receptionist, is Dr. Chavan available? and she said "Yes", do the registration and then he will see you. I did the registration, paid the consulting fee and she asked me to wait.
After some time, she directed me to some Dr. cabin, and for my surprise, I saw a lady doctor. I asked, I want to see Dr. Chavan (because I traveled all the way for him only), isn't he available?. That lady doctor directed me back to reception, then receptionist told me, he (Dr. Chavan) is not in office and got stuck in traffic (as he is travelling from Karad). So, my obvious questions were:
1. Why did you confirm me in the morning, when I called (at 10:08 AM) ?
2. Upon arriving too, I asked, is Dr. Chavan available, then why did you say "Yes" and asked me to do registration and make payment?
She said she will check again. She went to see some other doctor and then she said, you can consult your medical problem with him. I still asked the same questions to that doctor? and then, answers were horrible.
Q: Why did you confirm me in the morning, when I called (at 10:08 AM) ?
A:. I (the receptionist) didn't confirm that he (Dr. Chavan) is available in office when you called. We have a marketing team who does that. It's not our problem. ----- Of course its the patient problem that you have a marketing team who doesn't know anything.
Q. Upon arriving too, I asked, is Dr. Chavan available, then why did you say "Yes" and asked me to do registration and make payment?
A: We (other male doctor) confirm everyone that "Yes" Dr. Chavan is available. We (some staff member) cannot say no. And when patient arrives, then some other doctor can see the patient.
And on top of all this, some staff member (Didn't know if he was a doctor too), instead of realizing the problem, started giving lecture on professionalism. Plus, said "kya kar loge, nhi hai doctor chavan abhi". I asked him the number of Dr. Chavan then his reply was "nhi deta, kya kar loge".
Well, I cannot do anything other than just posting this as a feedback. I still feel that Dr. Chavan won't be having this attitude, but the staff does. This simply wasted my time and energy, and I won't suggest to visit this place for any problem. Pune has number of other doctors who can treat their patients very nicely and with respect.

Visited For Skin Treatment
Well, about Doctor, will write a detailed feedback later, as the treatment has just started and its too early to comment on that. Check up, overall was good and doctor helped to understand the reasons related to that. The main intention of writing the feedback, is to bring to the notice of public and doctor about the negligence on the part of in-house medical store operators (tall guy...forgot his name). The prescription read one tablet of 250mg, and what was given me was same tablet of 500mg. Well, for an adult person this DOUBLE DOSE wont matter much, but for the patient in my case, who is my 4 year old son, its a big concern. I noticed that before giving the tablet and was surprised. I called up at the clinic instantly, and what was told to me, is to give HALF of that. But still, its 500mg, and logically, it is still a double dose. I opted out, and reach to the clinic next day to get the tablet replaced. Again, the same guy, asked me to give half tablet, but only after i insisted to meet the doctor, i was directed to them. To my satisfaction, i found doctor's thought in-line with mine, and she instructed the medical to give me refund of 500mg tablets. At this juncture also, the same guy reply was , "YOU WILL NOT GET REFUND TODAY"...Boss, who will travel down and come to the clinic again to get the refund? This is purely, ill-logical....i asked for refund at that very moment and got that.
With this experience of pure negligence, one thing is sure, I am not going to get medicine from that shop within the clinic. My thoughts are purely from personal experience and hope it helps others, to check their medicines properly before leaving the counter.

Visited For Acne / Pimples Treatment
i personally did not like him. hez a doctor he shoudld tell his patients whats wrong and whats right for them but hez like il do whatever you want i dont care if what you are asking for is not good for you i dont care if you are wasting your money.
they were gonna do a solution treatment on me and i didn knw wht d hel tht was so i was asking him several questions he answrd most of them but i was unsatisfied and i kept telling him i have a very dry skin so that solution treatment would make it more dry and maybe it will burn my skin he was like no you have a oily skin maybe a combinational one nothing will happen during treatment blah blah blah and finally when i wnt inside to get tht treatment done they applied the solutin and they had to wipe it coz my skin was very dry.. so i dont knw what did i pay 2k for??
i am not a doctor and i dont knw anythng about meds so if im asking for something which the doc knws is will not benefit my skin i expect that he shud tell me about it.but this doc hez like ok fine you want this il give it to u its none of my concern if your skin gets better or not.hez a doc cmon its his job to convience patients or atleast tell them whats right for them and evn aftr doin so the patient is stubborn and doesnt wana listen then its the patients fault.
but this doctor he wouldnt evn try to do tht..
i told him i dont wana take oral medication il jus go for topical treatments so he was like fine but when my sis asked him if the treatment wont work if oral medications are are not taken then he was like ya it wont but you dont want it so what can i do. he shudve told me its not like i am totally against oral medications.if its a necessary part of the treatment then i am ready to do it.
if you are ever thinking about visiting clear skin clinic please ask for dr.deepali shez an awesome doc.
