I am taking treatment from Healing Hand Clinic - Chinchwad for past two months. I am suffering from Piles and complex Fistula. It all stared way back in 2011 where I had burning sensation and sometime use to pass blood during my bowel movement. I travel a lot due to my job profile and was not disciplined in eating. One of my relative suffering for same issue convinced me, that said issue is due to heat and suggested few ayurvedic liquid and ointments. With suggested ayurvedic liquid, ointments it was manageable somehow. Mid-2017 things started worsening, I had developed Fissure and going to bowel was a nightmare. I tried other treatments, but relief was temporary. It was in May 2018 when I stared getting regular fever and there was new pain at particular point. I consultant a local Proctologist and after inspection he confirmed development Fistula and required surgery, but treatment suggested was conventional.

I had read an article about healing hand clinic published in leading newspaper. I visited their web site and learnt about advanced medical practices they are adopting. I met Dr. Chaitanya Shah with my problem. After examination, he explained in detail what has actually occurred, and type treatment required. He assured me on positive result which made me tension free. Dr. Shah performed “FiLaC”- Fistula Laser Closure and “LHP”-Laser Haemorrhoidoplasty on Piles. Operation was done in morning and I was home by evening same day. I am very happy with treatment, problems I have faced for past 8 years finally seems to end. I am confident that I will be absolutely fine in next 1 month or so. Follow-ups are weekly to oversee the progress of healing and it’s must.

I would like to take this opportunity to share my testimony being treated for fistula.

My name is Errol Dsouza and I’m an Engineering Professional.

This aggravated in Dec’21 when I changed from my overloaded and imbalanced work-life schedule (>2 yrs) to a new role.

I had begun living a normal schedule and also giving my body timely rest etc. and this was when my body gave up and by each day the issue started getting grave.

I was under tremendous pain, heavy bleeding and in discomfort for over 2 weeks.

Finally in the 1st week of Jan’22 I decided to visit Healing Hands Clinic as referred by a colleague of mine who was previously operated for piles few years ago at the Pune City branch (near Ruby Hall).

Found out the contact details online of the nearest branch (Chinchwad) in the case for me and tried reaching them out for an appointment.

Was assisted by Dr. Satari who had arranged a call back and an appointment slot on the very next day.

During my visit I was first examined by Dr. Zeenat and next by Dr. Chaitanya (who leads the team here at HHC).

After understanding that the case was not so favorable and the infection being dominantly in the inner tract, I didn’t want to take a chance and immediately decided to get operated.

After completing all preoperative tests & procedures (MRI, etc.) I was finally operated on 07th Jan’22.

Being of a jovial nature, I tried maintaining a light and easy environment even while being anesthetized.

The operation was successful and now was time for recovery which I was indicated would be 6-8 weeks.

My post-operative recovery checks and schedules were all managed by Dr. Harshada since she was a part of the team while I was being operated.

My case being complicated had many different episodes and phases of recovery.

But I should sincerely thank the team for being very patient and listening to all of my descriptions and trying to treat me right and bring me back to comfort.

We cracked jokes and laughed aloud even while being in the checkup position.

Dr. Chaitanya and Dr. Harshada can testify this for me.

It’s been almost 6 months now, and I feel awesomely well and fantastic, with an internal feeling of being recovered to 90-95% largely.

Had my first official travel after 2 months (was very concerned) and now I I flock anywhere and everywhere. I now travel without any concern.

Currently I’m on a monthly check-up schedule.

My body and skeletal structure is broad since birth and I was 126kgs when operated; while recovering I almost lost around 4-5 kgs by work-out as suggested.

Eventually I had to break in between because of an episode of pain. I have now recently resumed working out and wish to tone down further.

I wouldn’t forget thanking the assisting team at HHC [Pooja, Ankita, Rohini, the nursing & housekeeping staff and rest (sorry for not knowing your names)] who always treated me with a smile and supported with with all my queries.

Looking forward for completing the entire recovery cycle and being back to 100% normalcy.

I would voluntarily like to refer Healing Hands Clinic to people around suffering through tough times due to Fissures, Piles, Fistula & Varicose veins.

Our society is very reserved and shy of speaking up and sharing their pain thinking of being shamed.

I would urge people to open up and get yourselves consulted, treated and live back a normal life.

This is a bodily disorder caused due numerous factors (internal and external) and has a solution to it.

I have come from Nasik for my hernia surgery. I was very tense regarding my big size hernia whether it will be operated or not. I have been to many doctors who told me that there will be recurrence....so I avoided surgery for few years almost 5 years.

Then I came to know about this place from my nephew. Here Dr. Shah checked me. He and Dr. Gandhi discussed about the surgery and my surgery was done by their team.

7 years back I had undergone surgery for cancer of cervix.

After which I had radiation so there was water collection in the wound n I got hernia.

Because of which my body calcium decreased and my leg surgery was done. I was quite depressed because of all this. But Dr. Gandhi and Dr. Chaitanya Shah did my surgery very nicely. My hernia got operated and really I am feeling very good now. My depression was gone. My surgery as well stitch removal was uneventful.
