I went for rehabilitation after my ACL surgery when I was struggling to walk properly. After attending Ma’am’s sessions, I was able to walk confidently within few weeks. I also achieved full knee extension and bending. She provided the right treatment and guided me with effective exercises throughout the recovery process. Because of her support and expertise, I feel much more confident now and look forward to getting back to playing football in the next few months.

I am suffering from sports related knee injury pain(condromalacia) since two years ,but just 15 days of modalities like ultrasound, IFT , Dry needling, taping and Exercises i have started progressing towards betterment. I have been in pain since 5yrs for my back injury occurred due to sports and it was like walking with a knife in my back, but with dry needling it was gone in a day and same with my thigh muscles which were having stiffness are gone now like it was never there.
