more..Terrible experience both times that I had appointments with Dr. Nalawade at Columbia Asia hospital, Pune. Both times, the doctor was delayed by more than an hour and I had to return without even being able to meet the Doctor. There was no information on the time when the Doctor would reach. Patients were not proactively informed of the delay to expect either. The attitude was extremely callous. Even after numerous follow-ups, there seemed to be no commitment on serving the harrowed patients.
