I had visited the clinic to enquire about lazer hair reduction. When questioned about which machine are they using for lazer, the doctor rudely answered "how does this matter" such a shocking answer. I told her isn't this an important information which the client should know when we are paying such large amount and using the machine on our body. To which she answered we are using the normal machine.
