During my 3rd month of pregnancy, my lower back pain (sacrollic joint pain) has started. I consulted my Dr, she insisted me to join the welcome motherhood program. I felt it as waste of money at the beginning, but my husband wants me to join this program. But at last i found its worth for the money. First day when I met Dr. Bhairavi pawar, she was so welcoming and she taught some relaxing techniques and simple yoga to strengthen my joints. Also she was explaining the full cycle of pregnancy - how baby is growing every month, what are the things we should do and don't during pregnancy. Also the baby care and post pregnancy things to do. One of the main advantage is, your husband will be there with you for all the session, hence he can also get to know about the mood swings during the pregnancy which will help the couple to maintain their relationship well. Also Dr. will teach some massage techniques to the husbands to do for their wife and their baby, which will increase the bond between father and the baby. For ladies the most enjoyable part. Even though she insisted me to do all the exercises I was not doing the full stretches during the 6 week program because I felt the back pain problem and pain near leg hip joint during the stretches, so I feared if I did anything wrong it might affect my baby. So every week I used to ask Dr. Bhairavi, while doing this I m having pain here and there. She will politely explain me every time that my joints are week and I should continuously do all the exercise to get rid of the pain. After doing the exercises continuously I could feel the pain is drastically decreasing. If u are having late pregnancy, I would strongly suggest to consult Dr.Bhairavi for pregnancy related exercises and doubts. If u really want to be strong both mentally and physically u can consult her once. Also one of the main advantage with Dr. Bhairavi is u can contact her at any time even after the classes are over.
