Dr. Baban C Dolas was not available during my visit, and another doctor attended instead. The process took over an hour, which felt like a waste of my time.

Quite a confusing clinic. I don’t even know which doctor examined me. There are many consultation rooms.
Dr Dolas is very nice, understanding and listen to concerns. He takes time to help understand concern. Reception staff is very cooperative. Waiting time was less than 10 minute. Supporting staff optometrist Priyanka is knowledgeable.

Staff is very much rude, no cooperation and No online payment mode, no machines payments. They charge four hundred bucks if they are use any drop to check up they will charge extra hundred bucks more. If you ask then they will say it’s a double check up.....
if you come out from doctors cabin and again go back to cabin then you have to pay hundred bucks for single day. If you visit in different days then will charge you same as above mentioned.
I felt his way to check up there is no process/Steps.

Doctor was friendly and very experienced. The staff was also good. I went for my routine eye checkup. I was explained well about the condition of my eyes and the preventive measures to be opted for maintaining normal eye sight.
It was a great experience with the Services and Doctor.
