The doctor is very friendly and explains the issue in detail. Based on symptoms, he doesn't rule out any possibilities. Few thing to highlight here:1. As per hospital records, doctor's visit time is 11.30 am whereas in practo, it is 11 am.2. For some reason, doctor came at around 11.55 am which delayed the visit more.3. I think booking on practo doesn't have any preference once you reach there. I booked appointment of 11.15 am and booking time was 10 am. which was first slot I think but when I reached there (11 am), my number was 3rd (and I think first 2 bookings were done there directly on desk before I reached there at 11 am but after my booking time 10 am.)I booked the first available slot so that I could finish the appointment on time, but due to above reasons I had to wait for over 1 hour and also it lead to more wait time on other things like blood report and all because by that time, there was so much of rush.So overall, I would recommend the doctor for his way of treating patients but for sure practo should be in sync with hospitals for doctor's visit timing.
Dr. Bhasme is a good doctor and his treatment also. Doctor makes you comfortable. He listens to problem carefully. Gives workable solution. Explains with practical examples and logic.

Areas of improvement - There is no any value If patient takes appointment through Practo, even if he has an appointment, he has to stand in line again.
Receptionist is forcing to do not take an appointment. The receptionist's way of talking with patient is very unprofessional way.
I booked an appointment for 8.30pm and since the receptionist called me twice to confirm my appointment, I asked her if the doctor is available before the appointment time. The doctor prescribed me medicines but only told me that it was not a stomach infection, *** **** **** *** ******** *** ******** The pharmacy staff in the clinic were inefficient and handed medicines in the file which fell off! There was only glass for drinking water and the receptionist did not even bother to not touch her lips to it. Also, I had forgotten to ask about the continuation of my previous medication and have been trying to get in touch with the doctor but the staff has been putting me off. The receptionist said that I could only talk to him the following evening, by which time I will already have missed two dosages of my previous medication.
As in my last post I had told about treatment and bill payment Mistry and nurses are not professional.

After coming from 2 bottole saline at home ( 9pm).
I had gave her ORS solution and medicine as per doctor prescription but within half an hour again she had disentry with vomiting.
As her health went down drastically, so I consult with my family doctor on phone *** **** *** ******* ******** ***** **** ******** **** *******

So, the nurses reply is not totally wrong . Also , loose motion , vomiting takes time to resolve and the patient may experience weakness for few days due to dehydration. If there is no relief or the symptoms are increased please come for a follow up consultation so that we can help you in a better way.
