Dr. Ashwini was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I joined her classes in the fifth month of my pregnancy after getting a green signal from my ob-gyn since I had a condition called as low lying placenta. She had a thorough discussion with me about the exercises that she had planned for me. I loved how personalized she was with the minutest detail about my exercise, posture, stamina, diet. We did yoga, Pilates and strength training. Her guidance really helped me in staying healthy and energetic throughout my pregnancy. Every yoga session ended with meditation which was very refreshing. I was well and active till the very last day. Her couple's sessions were very informative in understanding the entire process of pregnancy, delivery and baby care. Despite having a c section due to my placenta condition, I bounced back to normal in just a few days due to the dedicated exercises that we did during pregnancy. I also did post pregnancy yoga with her which helped me get back into shape and at the same time work on my stamina and energy levels. She is very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend her.

I would like to recommend Dr. Ashwini Joshi for the pregnancy yoga sessions that she used to conduct. Its really amazing. This is second time i joined her session. During my first pregnancy although it was a c-section due to lack of pains, her exercise sessions helped me a lot to come back to normal post delivery. It was not just a yoga session but along with i got lot many tips for healthy diet. Her week wise agenda for exercise is really fantastic! We even never think that .. ah we can do it in pregnancy!! She is right consultant and teacher for every women undergoing pregnancy. Thanks a lot doctor!!

I am blessed that i could come to Dr Ashwini at the right time .. she is ****** ************* *** understanding doctor. she knows how to talk? When to talk? N what to talk??i had 4 session with her on pregnancy and delivery. Topics what she covered in all four sessions are surely important to understand in pregnancy!! She gives the best support on phone/wats app.. so, we being indian our parents have their own thoughts on pregnancy n delivery process so ultimately u end up getting all mixed knowledge... to clear each and every doubt in ur mind trust me people she is the one!!
