They both are very organised, gentle, friendly and patient. They were flexible with appointments considering my job schedule and the receptionist would make reminder calls in advance. I never experienced chaos, mismanagement or long queues.

Doctor has too stringent procedures. I have filled 3 forms just to enter. ** **** ***** ** ** **** *********** **** ***** I was forced to fill that and declare things.

PPE cost was to be borne by patient. Also if anyone else wants to accompany the patient then they will provide the PPE and that only has to be worn. **** ****** **** ** *** **** ************ ****** **** ** **** ***** *** ******* *** ***** ***** It has to be both ways not just from the patient side.

Worst experience I would say….
