Dr. Arunesh Dutt Upadhyay has completed his MBBS from the Armed Forces Medical College Pune (AFMC). Point to note: Don't do self medication or question on the given medication while being in his advice, when self medications don't work, patient tend to put Doctors on fault. And the medic prescribed by Doctor is based on the patients symptoms which is concluded based on diagnosis and prognosis.
In my case, May 2017, I got to know I am diabetic. During June17, In my home town, in the best hospital, under best referred Doctor name, I was consulted and been asked to be on insulin to be taken twice a day.
The very same month, Jun 17, I met Dr. Upadhyay for jaw pain which aggravates whensoever I eat and which was recently developed post medication.
I went to him for jaw pain and not for Diabetics solution as I was under medication.
He listened my problem, understood my current problem, diagnosed me well, explained me the reason and his prognosis make sense to me today.

Today I am in much better situation under his guidance and wish there should be more Doctor's like him who have human values that drives them compared to business values.

I would strongly recommend Dr. Arunesh. I have visited him twice in last two months for different problems. I had very bad swelling in my feet since 15 days, visited many doctors who told me to do expensive tests, gave so many medicines. But Dr. Arunesh prescribed me very low cost *** ********* medicines and advised me how to avoid such issues in future. He is very likely to discuss problems with, and is extremely humble. Also, he prescribes medicines only when necessity is there. He is one trustworthy doctor I have finally found in Pune.

I must thank the doctor from bottom of my heart for the treatment he provided to me and my family members during Covid 19. He gave a wonderful treatment and cured everyone in the house within 10 days. He convinced and reassured my mother of the treatment since she is diabetic. I took more time due to some reason but recovered well. Doctor sir was available kind of 24x7 during this time answering questions and monitoring health twice a day. He charged a nominal fee for 10 days treatmwnt and also prescribed low cost medicines. I was surprised that for CT scan he didn't even suggested a preferred diagnostic centre, that shows his highest standard of professionalism. He was quick to review my scans and suggest treatment even before I reached him. That shows how much he cares for his patient. A true Armed Forces Personnel. Thank You So Much Sir.
