Mr. Armeet Narang

My experience with Armeet has been both eye-opening and beneficial for my mental health. He has a remarkable ability to explain things in a clear and concise way, making each session easy to follow. I never felt pressured to share more than I was comfortable with. The way he guides the conversation feels natural, supportive, and organic.

Being referred to Armeet Narang for therapy has been a turning point in my life. ** ********** **** ******* ** *** ******** ********* *** *** **** ****** But his approach towards dealing with anxiety/panic or disorders of similar kind has given me a whole new perspective in life. All my biases and presumptions about therapy vanished, the first time I spoke to him. And I have not looked back since. I (23F) started seeing Armeet Narang at MindWorks Counselling Centre during a really confusing and emotionally overwhelming phase of my life. I had just quit my job, was in between things post-college, and was struggling to make sense of who I was and what I wanted, while also trying to find my footing in a completely new social environment. And I am glad I did!

In just a few months of therapy, he helped me not only process what I was going through but also connect with myself in a deeper, kinder way. With his RECBT approach, he taught me how to untangle my thoughts, challenge patterns that weren’t serving me, and respond to life with more clarity and compassion, alleviating a lot of anxieties I had for as long as I can remember. Even now, I still use the tools he shared with me, and I can genuinely say I’ve been living a more grounded and self-aware life since seeing him. If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck, I couldn’t recommend Armeet enough. His presence is thoughtful, non-judgmental, and deeply supportive, and working with him made a real difference in how I relate to myself and the world around me.

*Armeet Singh* my counselor I must say he is the gift of God for me. As a counselor he has all the qualities which make him best. He never gave sympathetic talk to me he listened me, understand the root cause and gave me direction to find solutions all by myself.

He never told me to be victim of my problems on the contrary he helped me to become the fighter.

No matter how much low I feel, how much anxiety I had, how much mental pain, stress I had before session, once session start all that just vanished away from me, I used to get so much relief.

Even I can't believe the remarkable changes in myself in this 7 to 8 months. After all these sessions, I can confidently say that it's not like everything gonna be according to my plan in future. Stress , anxiety, failure will going to come but now I know how to deal with it, I got approach towards life, I got the magical stick for life from the great magician Armeet.

Armeet has helped me change my behaviour and thought process in a manner that benefits my overall well being. I have seen a positive difference in the way I was and am now. I really appreciate all the help and reassurance provided.

I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to go to therapy. He is the absolute best!

Armeet made my scepticism for therapy just disappear and has been an integral part of my healing journey. Every session had useful insights that helped me understand patterns that weren’t serving me and break out of them. He has created an extremely safe space for me to express myself freely and be my most vulnerable self. I look forward to my sessions with him to keep my mental health in check!

Mr Armeet is very professional in his sessions. What I found the best attributes of the sessions was his demanour which was very calm. The way he speaks is remarkably effective and his points are very clear. I would recommend his assistance for anyone who needs it. So far, I have got the **** guidance from Mr Armeet. Having consulted for mental health issues, just got the perfect space to talk without the fear of being judged or blamed for being myself. The sessions stress on contemplating and finding solutions by oneself’s to the problems or thoughts triggering one’s emotions. I can see remarkable changes in myself, especially in handling social anxiety and self loathe.

I started going for therapy to Armeet Sir in the month of Nov. He has been a great sport since the very first session. It's been only 6 months and I already feel like a whole different version of myself which I'm liking a lot better than ever before.

He has listened to all of my problems without any judgement and also suggested me solutions to solve them. He's a great listener and an even better therapist in my opinion. I've taken very unusual(not-so-me) decisions in the past few months that I wouldn't have taken otherwise. I've also done a few things out of my comfort zone that I never even thought I would or I could do.

These months have been really life changing for me. It's only been better with every session with him. I wouldn't say I'm completely okay yet but I'm way too better than I was last year.
