Visited Dr. Anil Bansode for GERD related issues. First the Junior doctor took my health related details and then Dr. Anil did my Nadi Parikshan, after which he explained to me the problem in detail. He recommended to go for 21-day Vasti treatment along with the medication, which I am going to complete today.
Dr. Sumit Galande was assigned for my Vasti treatment. The rooms where vasti is done are very comfortable, neat and clean. All the accessories used are sterile. The mantras and music played make one feel relaxed and meditated. Over and above this, it was a wonderful experience talking to Dr. Sumit during the Vasti treatment, he answered to my each and every query related to various diseases and how Ayurveda can help it.
Today is my 21st Day to completed the Vasti treatment and I am feeling very light, calm and fresh. I have started having deep sleep and my GERD problem has started to taper down, which after continuation of further medication should vanish.

The whole process is smooth starting with Assistant Doctor taking detailed information about the patient before you enter the Doctors cabin. Dr. Anil Bansode gives ample time for all the patients to understand the cause of the problem faced and why to take a specific treatment. I have known Dr. Anil Bansode last almost like 15-20 yrs, he is the best doctor I have ever known in Ayurveda, His knowledge and skill in dealing with patient , explaining the cause of disease is excellent and I am taking this treatment now almost 1 year when my PCOS , stress reached on highest level, I did take Basti treatment for 2 times in a year, its 200% effeftive panchkarma treatment, Dr. Anupama was wonderful while taking the panchkarma.
