Doctor thoroughly explained the issue . It was a 2 way communication. He listened all issue and suggested why and how it’s happening and doctor was polite in his delivery

Medicine working fine . 80 percent of redness solved . Rest will be done as day passes .

pros : The Dr will patiently hear our difficulties and will explain the reasons behind it.. I consulted him for my chalazion. Even though it is not fully cured ( as it takes time) his medications reduced the size by 80percent..Cons: I booked for a video consultation and it was a messaging consultation. I wrote my problem in the chat window and he replied. According to me if I could see the Dr and speak to him it would have been great... But that didn't affect the treatment...He did a video call and checked my eyes...The only thing is his video n audio was switched off....From my experience I can tell that he is a good Dr. who understands our problems and give right solutions. Thank You Dr.
