Hi, I want to share my horrible experience...

I am Hitesh Shah residing in Mumbai. Having 2nd home in Pune. I visited Pune in August and went to Dr. Mahesdh Chakor for consultation for my leg pain. He checked me and advised me to take X-Rays of the my entire spine, which I did. After going through the X-rays and his personal analysis he suggested that my body balance is to be corrected and suggested so many treatments and promised a 100% cure. The package was for 85k. I started the treatment and he collected money in advance. His Osteopath and Correction treatments were very painful *** ** **** ********* ****** *** ***** ***** ******* ******* ******* *** ** *** ******* ******** ** ******** Even though I complained of heavy pain, he continued the treatment *** ***** ** ***** ***** **** *** **** ** ********* *** ** **** **** ** ****** *** *** ** *** ******************* *** ***** ********* I continued, *** ** **** ********** **** ***** *** he kept telling me that everything will be OK. *** *** **** ******** *** *** *** **** **** ***** * *** **** ** *** ******* ******** ** ** ***

I had to come back to Mumbai after the end of the session.

Respected Mr.Hitesh Shah, Thanking you for your Feedback. We are carrying our Treatment legacy & professionalism since many years. We have gone through your feedback and considering the telephonic discussion, we would request you to attach your MRI findings to the post as well the prescriptive of your respective orthopedican mentioned that This Tear is Because of Our Treatment Measures and let's be transparent about the condition. With reference to the recent investigation report of dated 01/08/2020. it is suggestive of; 1. Low grade partial thickness tear supraspinatus 2. SLAP tear extending along anterior labrum from 12 to 3'o clock position. As per the literature and treatment protocols these injuries cannot be causes by any of the treatment you have been provided with. These injuries can be a result of traumatic/ overhead activities/ weight lifting/ hitting or smashing activities. While Consultation on 17th July 2020 As per the chief complaint and history given by yourself, "Radiating neck pain to B/L shoulder & Upper Limbs since 11 years; Radiating Lowback pain to B/L Lower Limbs since 22 years". We suggested you Root cause Treatment option with Appropriate Charges after your Appropriate Diagnosis, Most Important we never Promise any of our patient 100% cure or Recovery so dont mislead. Now These complaints are well documented with your consent so it concludes that your feedback doesn't match with the information provided by yourself and please don't forget the Unwillingness and refusal by your end for the MRI suggested by us for the same. We hope you'll be going through this and the points covered. If you still believe that our treatment measures are the cause of your injury then Please note that our legal team is also ready to answer on the same grounds. We would like to add a detailed treatment session with the reference of our clinical documentation and electronic surveliance; Consultation date 17th July 2020 Treatment started on 18th July 2020 On 16th August 2020 complaint of arm pain/hand pain, advised investigation/ patient refused still treated extra from our side for betterment of pain. Complaint of shoulder pain on 22nd August 2020 for the first time for which we treated him further more and corrected the incorrect exercises done by patient. *After each treatment the pain used to get better with conditioning, which every Doctor do wish for their patients. Treatment ended on 24th August 2020. Your Complete recovery for which you visited us with your chief complaints on 17th July 2020 was 80% at the end of your sessions, we advised you to continue the protocol Independently. And after week of you called back from Mumbai complaining about and sending MRI reports. On 1st September 2020 over telephonic conversation, though not being into fault we still assured free and extra treatment to cure your shoulder pain as a Doctor. but you refused it and kept calling, threatening and blaming us for the injury. I discussed a problem in detail *** **** ** ***** * ******* ** * ********** ******* ** ******* ** *** ******* ******** ** ** **** *********** ********* ******* *** ** *** **** ******** ******** When I declined package he is behaving differently automatically charges are double. * ******* ***** **** *** ********* *** **** *************** **** * ******* ** *** ************* ******* *********He described we have Advanced matrix therapy German-made instrument because that we are charging 3000 for the whole body *** **** ** ***** * ******* ** ***** ***** He automatically doubled charges and additionally, includes two hand services and it becomes 6k. **** ****** *** ********* ****** ****** *** ********* ** ******* **** *** ****** **** **** *** ****** **** ********** ******** ** **** *** ********

Regarding the chiropractic and osteopathy services, he charged 3000 for each and whole treatment was15.5 min which was ridiculously expensive. Moreover, just focusing on the next appointment we will cover the remaining things.

I went to another hospital ** ***** *** ****** ******* **** ****** *** ***** I don’t recommend to anyone for treatment in the physio9 clinic.

He did some alignment(APA) in my cervical spine which in result made my cervical c5 c6 disk slip with right protrusion causing more nerve compression ...this in result has made my life hell with no hope now... I did around 3 months treatments there paying lots off money ..all therapies he suggested like matrix,taping...but finally at the end of 3 months he applied that APA to my spine which made my condition worst ever. ** **** ******* ***** ** ***** **** *** *** ***** ********* ** ***** ******* *** ******* ********* ** ** ******** Before doing that treatment I asked him multiple times if that I'd having some side effect... He said no...
