So I consulted with Ms. Anuja, when I Started to show some symptoms of PCOS. After doing all kinds of test doctor asked me to consult a dietitian when all reports were clear. Ms Anuja heard very patiently, all my queries as naturally dr. Asked me too loose weight and then alongside I had acidity for years now. She made all day proper deit plan . She advised some things to control all these also no complete restrictions on cravings. Only in15 days I lost a kg n continued. I din have to take omez of acidity which was very regular for me.
