It's been 10 days now, I'm getting treatment from Dr. Prakash Bhabure and I'm feeling much much better. What happened 10 days back that I can never forget in my life. I had panic attacks, was having bvery unusual feelings in chest. My family doctor suggested me to visit a psychiatrist. I searched on Practo and booked appointment with Dr. Prakash Bhambure. When I visited I said him that he was my last hope. I was under accute stress with panic disorder, had 3 panic attacks in 3-4 days.

He treated me so well in our very first session that my last hope started working out with positivity. He is very Calm, very soft spoken and the most important that he gives you enough time to tell your problem your issues and listen to you like you relate him.

I followed his instructions, his prescribed medication (Only essential and very little doses I must mention) and now in just 10 days I'm feeling much better. There is still time to become normal me but I have regained some confidence, hope, focus, happiness and now I'm not worried about those things which brought me into this. Problem:

1 year back, Out of nowhere a sudden weird started in my body.

My hands were shivering my heart strated to move very fast,I was not able to concentrate,I was giving up on various day to day tasks.As all these were there recurring anxious thoughts and symptoms started like I'm loosing my memory, I'm not able to recognise the people I'm aware of after all this the t was health anxiety; I was feeling I'm gonna have various serious disorder in my body. All these were affecting my mood, My social and personal life.I gave on literally everything we think of.

I started googling my symptoms on YouTube and it made my anxiety worse. I used cry like a baby and I was not aware of the reason.

Sleep schedule was terrible I used to sleep for 15-16 hrs and that was the only time there was no anxiety lol.

Summoning all th le courage I had,I visited the doctor.

He listened my problem very politely and immediately had a solution.

The problem which I was thinking that I have to carry till my life was solved in single visit itself.

With minimum medication, I'm on my way to recovery.

I was having anxiety problem for many days. Unknowingly I wasted many days by trying with homeopathy first & then with family doctor but it was of not much use. Then I decided to try with a psychiatrist and searched the internet for a doctor and luckily got the number of Dr Prakash Bhambure. Why I am using the word "luckily" is because when I was searching on the net I was at market yard chowk and his clinic is very near from where I was. I called him from there itself and he guided me about his location which was hardly 2-3 minutes away, hence I went to his clinic.
