I lost 10+ kgs in 5 months, under the guidance of Ms. Rupal Jasani. Her diet plans are full of nutrition and she doesn't recommend starving. She tracks progress very well and suggests multiple alternatives. I would surely recommend if you're looking to lose weight. Overall she is very kind, helpful and most importantly very knowledgeable. I consulted Dt Rupal for high cholesterol issue. She provided a diet plan and my cholesterol entered the optimal limit within 40 days. Also, the diet helped me lose 8.5 kgs in the same span of time. She is available on whatsapp as well to answer any queries which you have. I would recommend her if you face any lifestyle related isssues.

Moreover, she forwarded some exercise videos **** ********* without even asking me whether I can do them (Since I had some medical issues).
She then just handed me the pamphlet of some acquaintance of her to buy oil.
