Hoped for better: Wait time
Very bad experience, no value for patients specially appointments taken through Practo. I gone there on time but still have to wait there for 1.5 to 2 hours. Practo patients to be treated after he completed with direct appointment pateints regardless of practo appointments time. I saw some pateints gone inside without having any appointments, may refered by his friends or relatives.
Receptionest is totally non cooperative.
