We had a terrible experience at Dr. Hetal Jobanputra`s Radiant Skin & Hair Clinic in Baner. Went to her clinic today to seek consultation for skin rash. She seemed to be in a hurry from the very beginning (although there were hardly any patients outside). With tangible/visible reluctance, the MD dermatologist ******* answered one of my questions regarding the exact nature of the prescribed medications and the availability of generic alternatives, if any. This is odd and unusual. We have previously sought consultation from highly rated MBBS/MD physicians practicing in India and abroad, and they have never exhibited this kind of attitude. Her overall style of communication also leaves room for significant improvement. Good physicians always discuss the disease etiology/prognosis as well as the associated treatment options in great details. All of this was clearly missing during today`s consultation. For 3 min. worth of consultation (which left us with more questions than answers), she charged us a whopping INR 600. After asking for a discount, we did not get any encouraging response. For the exorbitant fee she charges, she should also spend more time answering key patient queries. Unfortunately, can't recommend Dr. Hetal to anyone. Not satisfied at all.

I visited Dr. Hetal for the skin tag that I had on back thigh of my leg for many years.The skin tag had grown considerably over the time and had started causing me discomfort. I googled for Dermatologists in my area and from Google Reviews it was an easy decision for me to visit Dr. Hetal for this problem.And true to those reviews, I too had very good experience. Dr. Hetal diagnosed the problem quickly and carried out the proposed laser treatment with great efficiency.She was very sensitive, compassionate and thorough professional in her handling of my case.I wish our society should have more Doctors like hers in these times.I strongly recommend her for her expertize in skin related ailments.

I visited Dr Hetal after reading online reviews. It was good decision to meet her for my Daughters Diaper Rashes.

Dr did not give higher doses of medicine to my toddler at start.She gave us very mild medicines for 1 week to see effects , after 1 week when Rashes didn't reduce she changed to higher power medicines. In this period she was available to answer queries through whatsapp .

Rashes reduced in next week completely. Also she has suggested rash cream and moisturiser to avoid such issues . She hasn't even taken follow up fees from us.

I will definitely recommend parents to take their toddlers for skin issues to Dr Hetal without worrying.

I was traveling to Pune for the first time and just when i arrived i started getting feverish and the following day small blisters started appearing. After a day I looked up on Practo for a good dermatologist and visited Dr. Hetal. The wait time was lesser than 10 mins and just as she looked at my skin, she was able to identify that it was chicken pox. She made me aware of all precautions I had to take and was very helpful. Unlike other doctors she also shared her personal number and asked to call in case of issues.A very good experience and a very reliable doctor to go to.
