An Excellent Physiotherapist Who Made My Recovery Journey Easier

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Yogin for his excellent guidance and support throughout my rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction and meniscus surgery.

Post-surgery recovery was not easy for me. I went through significant pain, swelling, stiffness, difficulty bending my knee, weakness and several challenging phases during rehabilitation. After my ACL surgery i took treatment from another physiotherapist for 2 weeks and then i visited my surgeon, surgeon informed that i am not doing my exercise properly and he asked me to contact Dr. Yogin. Then i took treatment from Doctor Yogin and believe me on the first day itself i was happy with the physio therapy session. I was not able to lift up my leg in one of the exercise which i need to do it by sleeping and on the first day of Dr Yogin's physio session i was able to lift my leg up to 5-6 inch . All the exercise was covered within 20 days. He make sure that i am not in pain while doing exercises, some time my knee used to swell as i walk to much on that day he used to give me light exercise. On the first day he checked my whole operated leg and guaranteed me that within 15 days i will be able to walk on stairs and same thing happen on 14 th day i was able to walk comfortable on stairs. My previous physio did not even touch my legs for 2 week but doctor yogin on first day till last session he used to bend my legs with his awesome technic and by last 3 days i was able to touch my legs to butt that was huge achievement for me. Those who have gone through ACL knee surgery might know how difficult this is. Now i am able to jogg and do swimming and cycling. After few days my surgeon will decide when i can run and do full exercise i used to do previous before surgery.I am very happy with his treatment.

I received the reference for Dr.Yogin who from a friend of mine who had a great experience. So after my surgery, I especially asked for Dr.Yogin from the doctor for my physiotherapy.

I was told by other friends who underwent ACL surgery that surgery is an easy process under anaesthesia but the painful and tough part is the physiotherapy and many stop it half way and never get the full range or strength after the surgery.

When I look back now after 4 months, I am extremely grateful for having took the journey with Dr. Yogin. His calming presence, experience and understanding and catering to patients unique challenges has made my journey wholesome. He is extremely punctual and professional and my kids enjoyed his presence.
