We had a very good experience , during the first visit , Dr. Ninad asked us for 1 and half months to bring my mother's schizophrenia under control and kept his word , he is very friendly with patient, brings them to ease and listens with patience , his ********* *** experience is seen in his approach and treatment.

Few things which can be improved are :

1. Difficult at times for older patients to climb 2 floors as there is no lift.

2. Sometimes the wait time is too much, maybe due to online patients being prioritized over offline patients visiting the clinic. ( not sure about the reason , but hope they improve on this for the patients visiting in person )

Dr. Ninad is one of the genuine doctors i have met. He not just listens to you patiently but also is very efficient in getting to the real diagnosis. * *** ******* * *** ******* *** ** *** *** ******* ******** ***** **** **** **** **** ****** ** ******** *** ** *** ********* Dr. Ninad could do that just in a matter of a few minutes and has been our light of hope during the most turbulent times.

We started the treatment with Dr Baste for my brother in the month of May to address behavioural (screen) addiction. So, its been 2 months now. The treatment started off well with history being taken and a whole lot of psychometric assessments being prescribed. Dr. Baste has a very calm demeanour *** ***** ********* and analytical skills. Among his team members, we had a good experience with the Psychologist Shefali as well. However, there is no concrete plan of treatment which has been prescribed as yet, which is a bit disappointing. In the last session which took place yesterday, the psychologist briefed us about the science of addiction, which was ok, but Dr Baste repeated the same information in his session which lasted less than 20 mins. We ended up paying for both the sessions which we feel is quite expensive *** *** ***** *** ****** We completely understand that it will take quite some time to see any change in the patient in case of behavioural addiction, however, we were expecting a more structured and concrete approach to address the situation. Not to forget the tiringly long wait time (at least 3 hours sometimes).

My son Siddharth is suffering from a phychological disorder, the cause of which is undiagnosed. Due to this the line of treatment becomes complex.

In this scenario, Dr Bastes' logically presented though process to take the treatment forward makes it easy to understand.

Also, his interaction with Siddharth is very clinical yet friendly. This style of treatment is comforting.

I pray to GOD and wish him luck in treating all the patients.

The doctor is really really friendly, approachable. In fact I referred him to my wife also.

However the receptionist will need some training about how to manage if the waiting period is worsening. Also how to show empathy. Simple things like a smile and looking in the eye when speaking can make a big difference.
