When my wife pooja Joshi conceived then we are not sure which doctor we should consult and tried 2-3 doctors but not able to trust .

we got to know about pratibha mam from Practo having so much years of experience and we had a first video call and that call was so much satisfactory and convincing that we decided to start the whole journey with pratibha mam.

My wife delivery had complication and have a fibroid in the mouth of uterus. Pratibha mam properly explained us everything and treatment started so as the new baby journey is.

For next nine months because of the fibroid we met pratibha every alternate week and we follow every instructions that pratibha mam gave us.

She did everything as best of her knowledge to make this journey easy and yet exciting.

Finally the day came and before delivery I was so much nervous but doctor met me and pacify me not to worry everything will be fine.

Finally we blessed with a sweet baby girl and at the same time doctor also went for fibroid surgery and that was also a very successful operation and finally both baby and mother is happy and healthy.

Pratibha mam is a very helpful and our huge support in this entire journey.

We are really very thankful to her and all our good wishes to her.

Dr Pratibha is a wonderful doctor and a person. She’s very dedicated and patient. She’s straight-forward and will never guide you wrong. I would share one experience on first visit at cloudnine and there were one injection "TT" advice by Dr. Pratibha Mam and it was not available at cloudnine facility that time, once she came to know it is not available here then she ask me please come to my home address where her clinic is located at sector 20 and i will give that injection there and she dis not charged and immediately give me that injection when we reached there. She is really like Mother who cares alot of her baby/child.

My delivery is expected in 2nd week of Jan 2019 and i hope everything will go well with blessing and smiling of Dr. Pratibha Mam:)

My wife SWETA KASHYAP GARG was having full term pregnancy and was taking antenatal treatment under Dr PRATIBHA SINGHAL of Cloudnine hospital, C 9, Sector 51 Noida since Dec 2018. Her due date of delivery was 8th March 2019. On 8th March itself, she consulted with Dr Pratibha Singhal in the hospital and after check-up she told that parameters of mother and foetus both are quite normal. She further advised for sonography and asked us to wait for two more days and come with reports on 10th March morning at 9.00 AM. During the sonography we were told that amniotic fluid in uterus is less, but nothing is alarming. On 9th March evening at 8pm, she felt the “Labor Pain” so she called the doctor immediately to understand the next step where she was advised to wait for a little longer. However, we decided to move to the hospital as we stay a little far near Pari Chowk, Greater Noida, to avoid any last-minute complications. I, along with my wife and mother-in-law (Rekha Prasad) rushed to the hospital Cloudnine, Noida and reached the hospital at around 9.20 pm. On the way I informed Dr. Pratibha Singhal at 9:03 pm that we are on the way to the hospital. She advised me to go to emergency where someone will be able to address you immediately and she would also reach the hospital shortly. But after reaching the hospital, there was no one to address us and the consulting doctor Dr Pratibha Singhal also was not present. So we immediately moved to the emergency (which they name as “Triage”). We had already made a pre booking in the hospital to ensure everything goes fine and we don’t have to face any problems. In the “Triage” they started the NST to monitor the heartbeat of the baby and the nurse stated to me that the heart beat is normal and nothing to worry. I asked her if she has informed the consulting doctor Dr Pratibha Singhal, to which she replied that she has informed the duty doctor Dr. Ritika Sharma and she is expected any minute. However, she came at 10.10 pm and attended the patient in hurry. During the internal examination itself the amniotic bag was ruptured. She hurriedly went through all the documents kept in my folder. After the internal examination she told me that everything is normal and normal delivery would happen between 4-5 am and labor pain would increase. I asked her again if she has informed Dr.Pratibha Singhal to which she said “yes” and said she would come in sometime.

My wife was admitted to the private deluxe room (which was pre-booked with package of Rs 1 lac) and not to Labor room or OT where the NST was not continuously monitored. Around 11.30 pm my wife was having severe distress. Only then some nurse came and told that foetus (baby in uterus) is having severe distress due to loss of amniotic fluid and heart beat was dipped to alarmingly low. At around 12.10 am Dr. Ritika Sharma came and she told that we need to rush to the OT immediately and do a C-Section. I again called Dr Pratibha Singhal who said she will be reaching in another 10-15 mins. I signed all the required documents. At that time it was said that the heart beat was hardly 20 to 30 bpm and the baby was bound to die. Only then hospital staff and Dr Ritika Sharna went in panic mode. They took a lot of time to shift the patient to the OT and the shifting was done in the most unprofessional manner inconveniencing the patient. The OT was not at all prepared for operating on the patient. Ultrasound machine was not present in the OT and was brought from the ground floor room. USG done on the operation table showed absent cardiac activities. The consulting doctor Dr Prathibha Singhal reached after 12:45 am i.e. after a delay of more than 4 hrs. Within 5-10 mins of her reaching, she came out of OT to announce that the heartbeat of the child is lost and still birth will be done through normal delivery.

We had immense faith in Dr. PRATIBHA SINGHAL and Cloudnine, Noida hospital based of ratings in various portals. *** *** ** ***** ******** ********** ** *** ******** ******* *** ********* ********* ***** we lost our baby. My wife’s mental condition has become such that she is not able to speak. Since last three days she is hardly taking any food. My whole family and relatives are in severe mental distress.

she just want to earn money and make fool of people.She till end told me everything is fine,baby will be normal but on delivery date as my checks were going on in morning she said baby is expected normal.suddenly after some time her junior doctor checked and said your water bag is burst we need to do surgery. she herself bursted the water bag but i was left with no option as doctor pratibha said baby will be at risk if not operated. this is a planned game and innocent people are a part of it. aware of such doctors dear.

I thought doctors are supposed to respect other doctors' opinion. But she refused to attend to me simply because I was also consulting a diabetes specialist, Endocrinologist. He suggested medication which she didn't approve of, and the same medicine was approved by 3 different gynaecologists including the one who handled my 1st pregnancy and delivery(in a diff city). She was extremely mean, used disrespectful words and refused to attend to me. Is this what doctors are supposed to do? Refuse care?? This is a first!!!

I visited doctor in my pregnancy had a great experience throughout the pregnancy.

She always supported for the normal delivery and time to time she gave tips about diet and exercise.

Just because of doctors support my delivery was normal.

Would like to recommend doctor to one who is having any gynac problem.

Its was a very wonderful and comfortable experience not only for my family members but for me as well. *** ** *** **** *** ** *** **** ******* ** *** ****** *** the way she deals with her patients its like talking to a family member. Even after several complications, she made sure I had a normal delivery.

Had heard good reviews so im starting my treatment with Dr Pratibha. So far my experience has been good. She briefed me well. Took time to explain things properly. Displayed patience towards my queries.

I would like to add more feedback after more sittings and the delivery.

The doctor is not a good listener. She didn't seem to be interested in my problem. I was trying to tell her about my medical history, my pain and symptoms but she stopped me and told me to give urine sample and come after 1 week. That was not at all friendly and I think that such a disconnect between patient and doctor is not good.
