My pregnancy and delivery experience with Dr. Ekta Singh has been a memorable one. I came to know about her through Practo and similar apps and online reviews. Here, I got the opportunity to write one myself based on my individual experience.I was super scared at the beginning of my pregnancy being a first time mom. I vividly remember the warmth I was greeted with when I first visited Mam. She congratulated me when I told her I got a home pregnancy test positive even before she herself was sure I was really pregnant. A very trivial thing but always special for first timers. The very first meeting was a very positive one, then i realised that she is right doctor for me, more for her positive and encouraging outlook than for the excellent skills she has.When she first did a ultrasound scan for baby's heartbeat, she told me your baby is very beautiful. Though her face or anything wasn't really formed , but i being really naive at that time, really believed that my baby must be very beautiful as she could see.😊From then on, all the visits have been great as she would always treat you with warmth and motherly love. She always motivates you and encourages you to be strong and positive in your journey which she is determined to make easy for you.I wanted to go for normal delivery and I found that she would encourage you for a normal delivery in these days when almost all the doctors would end up doing a ceasarian for some reason or the other. She encouraged me to take steps that would help me in normal delivery and guided me throughout.On the D-Day, she was constantly in touch with me during my labour and encouraged me to remain calm and positive.I was not dilating enough and my water broke many hours ago, so we feared an infection if we waited long. So, i began shifting for c-section in my mind, but she wanted to try for normal delivery till the maximum time she could without affecting the baby. And our patience paid off and I could dilate well for the normal delivery.She was constantly in touch with my husband who was freaking out seeing my condition. She even allowed him inside during the actual delivery which was a precious moment for both of us.Geeta, Maya and Kavya at the front desk had been very kind and coordinating , managing all the visits and meetings with Mam.Also Mam advised us to go to Dr Ashish for our ultrasound scans. He was really professional and skilled in his work. We are grateful that we were recommended his name as we didn't have to look around for good scan centers and expert radiologists.Overall, I would say go to her to make your journey smooth and memorable. And I wish all the expecting parents who are reading this a great journey and hope you have a happy delivery and a healthy child. Stay positive and everything will be great.Thanks again Mam for all the help and guidance. You may forget us having so many patients and their stories to remember, but we will never forget you , you being the only One for us. 

Exceptional Care and Support:

We are extremely satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Ekta Singh throughout our pregnancy journey. When we discovered we were expecting, my wife Manisha had already researched and made an appointment with Dr. Ekta.

First Impression:

Straightforward and Informative:

During each visit, Dr. Ekta provided straightforward answers to our queries and explained everything in detail. Her recommendation for radiology and ultrasound was spot on, and the medication she prescribed was based on thorough diagnoses and health reports.

Dr. Ekta is very hard working and would never let her patients wait for long, she would reach clinic from any where in the city and would never cancel on her patients.

Smooth Pregnancy Journey:

Thanks to Dr. Ekta's care, our entire pregnancy journey was tension-free. She would explain all the reports and blood work through voice messages on WhatsApp, eliminating the need for frequent clinic visits.

Delivery Experience:

At 39 weeks, my wife Manisha was admitted to Cloud Nine Hospital in Noida Sector 51 and opted for normal delivery. Dr. Ekta was present during the pre-labour examination and stayed in touch with the nurses throughout the night to monitor progress.

Despite attempts to induce labour for more than 20 hours, my wife eventually opted for a C-section, as she developed fear for normal delivery after observing other women go through extreme pain during labour.

Dr. Ekta understood our situation and reached Cloudnine hospital within 30 mins by 5:30 in morning and quickly assembled a team to perdorm C-section. After 45 minutes, our healthy baby was born.

Supportive and Calm:

Throughout the delivery process, Dr. Ekta was supportive and calm, ensuring that we felt comfortable and confident. After the delivery, she regularly checked on us in the suite room, explaining the next steps and providing guidance on caring for our newborn.

Highly Recommended:

We highly recommend Dr. Ekta Singh to all couples starting their pregnancy journey. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication make her an exceptional obstetrician. We are grateful for her care and would choose her again without hesitation.

We decide to go to Dr Ekta for pregnancy and delivery care after reading about her on internet.

First thing that caught our attention was that she has studied from top govt colleges, means obviously she was one of the brightest students in the country of her times.

Her bio mentions that - "Turning point in her medical profession came when her curious mind questioned that why in spite of a lot of progress in medical field we are unable to bring down the burden of illnesses and after finding answers...."

After receiving treatment from her for 9 months we can say that this line is indeed true. Her approach to diagnosis and treatment is very unique. She is very good with diagnosis hence she is able to prescribe very less tests. She also keeps telling about latest research for better treatment. If she has to check some small thing she would use her ultrasound machine to check (at no extra charges), instead of sending to costly ultrasounds for every issue. We had only 3 ultrasounds out of her clinic during full pregnancy. She even predicted baby weight by touching abdomen and next day in ultrasound it was almost same. She also prescribes minimal medicines. She mostly gave only supplements. In our experience usually allopathic doctors do not prefer alternative medicines and natural ways of healing but she will suggest everything that can help her patients.

Being first time pregnancy, we were very worried about every change and would always go to her before our scheduled visit. She would then listens to us, diagnose the problem and many times she would just say "tum to chup hi raho" and gave no medicine. For 1 -2 days we would think why she did not gave any medicine but gradually we understood what she meant and were glad she did not advised medicines :-) Obviously she will give medicines for real issue :D

Now coming to the day of delivery. I was induced at 39 weeks mainly due to some issues in NST and later we decided to go for c sec because labor progression was too slow and i became very restless after water breakage. She had just reached home after her OPD and we called her to call her back for c-sec :-( At delivery she told us that it was a good decision to go for c sec because baby had cord around the neck and cord was small hence baby was struggling to go down and ultimately we would have to go for c sec only.

Post delivery she also pushed for golden hour feed with the hospital staff and bring baby to me asap. During the whole stay at hospital we used to hear - "Ekta mam k alag rules hain" . All this simply indicates that she goes beyond the regular approach for the benefit of her patients.

Dr. Ekta ma’am has been an incredible blessing in our journey towards parenthood. When we conceived our second child, we had just moved to this city and had no references or contacts whatsoever. We therefore undertook extensive research, reviewing ratings and feedback across multiple platforms, and prepared a shortlist of doctors—at the very top of which was Dr. Ekta.

From our very first consultation, we were confident that Dr. Ekta was the right physician to guide us through this journey and help us welcome our little miracle. While her qualifications and professional achievements speak volumes about her competence and expertise as a medical practitioner, we would particularly like to highlight her exceptional qualities as a compassionate and empathetic human being.

Given my history of PIH in previous pregnancy, I was prescribed Ecosprin. Like many others, we initially had reservations; however, Dr. Ekta patiently explained the medical rationale and benefits of the medication. Her guidance proved invaluable, as my blood pressure remained stable throughout the pregnancy until delivery.

On the day of my delivery, despite experiencing discomfort herself due to an injury, Dr. Ekta did not allow the pain to reflect in the accuracy and precision of the surgery and was offering reassurance and support as the procedure progressed. I will always remember the warmth and comfort she conveyed after the surgery. She also followed up personally to check on my recovery and reassured us that she was always available should any concern arise.

We would also like to express our appreciation for the staff at Dr. Ekta’s clinic, who provided consistent support with appointment scheduling, coordination of scans and blood work, immunizations, and timely assistance whenever required. The positivity and serenity maintained at the clinic, along with its high standards of cleanliness and state-of-the-art equipment, are truly commendable.
