I’ve been taking physiotherapy sessions with Ruchika ma’am and her team for almost 4 months now, and my experience has been truly amazing. I had sciatica and lower back pain problem since very long time and I kept looking for a good doctor to treat my problem but nothing worked out.

I got to know about doctor Ruchika ma'am via Practo and since then her treatment has been very helpful to me. And eventually after some days of treatment I felt relieved and physically better.

I had a wedge fracture in my spine which had caused major deformities in my lumbar area as well. I was in devastating pain and could not stand for even 10minutes when i met with Dr Ruchika. She heard me out patiently without any hush, went into the deepest details of my medical reports and planned a huge set of diverse exercises for me. So I visited doctor Ruchika for my lower back pain, which was pretty severe, it took some time to have that confidence but eventually I realised I’m getting better finally. I was not able to walk or sit properly due to the pain. And she used to give enough time for the treatment. She knows very well. Treats whatever issue you have, very well. She’s very friendly. Explained exercises for home as well. And I’m doing much better now.

Dr. Ruchika listens to the issues very patiently, then suggests you to get required tests done. Her pre test self examination/observation on underlying issue is quite accurate. In spite of having multiple patients at her disposal, she ensures all her patients get sufficient therapy time and her personal attention / consultation during each therapy session. I've seen her following up with her patients with regard to their current health status and reminding them to strictly follow exercise routine for expedite recovery.
