I visited Dr. Ashima along with my mother for her depression treatment. My mother who was taking treatment from CMC ludhiana from past several years but is not suiting her. We feel lucky to meet Dr. Ashima. During our first visit itself, doctor listened to us in through, asked queries and understood the issue very well. Her prescribed medicines worked like wonder. We could see significant improvement within initial month of treatment. All thanks to Dr. Ashima who herself calls to check for my mom's well being. Moreover, my mother being from Punjab, speaks and understand a little in Hindi, still the doctor prefers to talk to her directly and never opted to speak to me which is more convenient to her as well.I am very much satisfied with the treatment. I visited the doctor during Corona pandemic. I was facing depression issues, sleeplessness, general anxiety and a pressing health issue, redressed of which was getting postponed due to Corona. I was under tremendous stress, anxiety and restlessness. Due to loss of sleep, appetite and concentration, I could not carry out normal household activities. After trying some home remedies, advice from family and friends, I realized that only professional help could get me out of the mess.
