I consulted him for 1st time on 19 Jun 23 Monday. Dr. gives time in listening & explaining. That's the good part of him. Dr. gave me 2 treatment options recommending one of them. I went with his recommendation. In this option he had to take out fluid (पस in hindi) with help of syringue from my knee joint. He didn't mention any additional charge for it **** **** **** *** *********** ** ***** Consultation charge (700 not 600 as mentioned on practo) was already taken in advance. I thought (my mistake) it will be part of consultation only as it was only 10 min. process where he just got the fluid out of my knee joint. Later he charged 2,500 for it. That was a shock for me. No prior information. After protesting a lot he gave a discount of 500. They said it was my job to ask for the charges beforehand. I asked them why you didn't take this charge in advance as well just like you did for consultation charge. But they were not ready to buy that logic. And he compares his charges with Apollo only. ** **** ****** *** ******* ******* **** **** *** ***** He also charged for one crepe band worth 350 **** *** *** ******** ** **** After procedure - he wrapped it and then later next day i removed it. I had one old one at home. He writes lots of medicines and they sell it all from their counter. 10 days medicines cost me 1,900. Few supplements were recommended for one month but they were so expensive so i bought them for 10 days only. As per his recommendation - I bought knee brace (1,000) knee cap open patella (500) as well from them. Although I told him I've one knee cap but he insisted I should get one with a hole so that patella can breathe. Later it came to me that may be i should have simply cut a hole in that old knee cap of mine. Knee brace I used only once till now. So, my visit to him cost me 6,305. I was expecting it to be around 1,000 only. Visited Dr Shakti Goel after losing the hope of not getting my left shoulder fixed due to the immense pain I was facing, visited two orthopaedics before Dr Shakti Goel but there was no improvement nor treatment going on, even though I went to him after a month, he diagnosed my shoulder well and gave me the proper treatment, the physiotherapy helped me to recover my dislocated Shoulder, and the doctors are too kind, I got the best treatment from Dr Shakti Goel and also my Physiotherapist Dr Anamika. I would recommend everyone to visit him for the proper treatment, pretty much grateful that I got recovered soon before things could get more serious!

Overall, Dr. Shakti is a very gifted medical professional. I went to his clinic with a knee injury, and he ********** identified it and gave me the right therapy. My knee is now in terrific shape. Grateful to you Dr. Shakti sir.🙏🏻

The doctor is very friendly and gives utmost satisfaction in the ailment management. He explains the disease and then gives options of management. I had severe low back pain and was managed conservatively. His office also gives typed prescriptions , sakta names and videos for exercises without any other additional cost. Highly recommended
